(Headline USA) A Florida woman is being investigated by the FBI for selling Ashley Biden’s diary, which contains shocking information, to Project Veritas, according to the Daily Mail.
After going to rehab, Biden’s daughter spent some time living in a Palm Beach halfway house that was often occupied by recovering addicts, but she forgot to take her diary back with her to Philadelphia in June 2020 when she left the house.
Aimee Harris moved into the house weeks later and found the diary under a mattress.
Harris showed the diary at a Republican fundraising event and allegedly sold it for $40,000 to Project Veritas, which then sought to verify its contents. Although the watchdog site held back on publishing material without confirmation, some of the scandalous details leaked online during the 2020 election but were sparsely covered by mainstream media.
However, a subsequent FBI raid of Project Veritas appeared to confirm the authenticity of the diary, while creating an even bigger scandal since the conservative group had broken no laws.
“The feds now aren’t saying it was illegal to find the diary [nor] are they saying Aimee stole anything,” said the Daily Mail‘s source.
“But it’s her selling the property of another [person] that could be considered a crime,” the source added. “And the fact Ashley is [Joe Biden’s] daughter kicks it to a different legal level.”
The diary includes Ashley Biden’s private confessions that taking showers with her father, Joe Biden, when she was young may be the reason why she became a sex addict.
“I have always been boy crazy,” she wrote in her diary in January 2019. “Hyper-sexualized [at] a young age … I remember somewhat being sexualized with [a family member]. I remember having sex with friends [at] a young age [and taking] showers [with] my dad (probably not appropriate).”
The diary also contains information about her chronic drug abuse.
“I relapsed. F***ing again,” Ashley wrote on March 16 of that year.
She also wrote about cheating on her husband.
“Here I am talking about another man when I am married! It all feels strange,” she wrote in February 2019. “It’s been refreshing to be able to kiss another man.”
Ashley also wrote about how she made her father “cry with worry over her ahead of a Democratic primary debate,” Daily Mail said.
“My dad cried on the phone saying he has the debate in a week + ‘now has to worry about you,’” she wrote on July 27. “And he cried. Maybe he knows what he is doing + it’s worked but my feelings of guilt often are overwhelming.”
