Child Prostitution Among 63 Charges Filed Against 17 Illegal Aliens in July

'I’m pretty sure people are going to want to take their kids out. They’re definitely going to be way more cautious now...'

North Carolinians for Immigration Reform and Enforcement was able to document 17 illegal aliens who committed 63 sex crimes against children in its July “Child Rapes by Illegals in NC” report.

NCFIRE found one case that it missed from June.

The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office arrested Martin Cuevas Marquez on June 12 and charged him with four counts of first degree rape, the Statesville Record & Landmark reported.

The rest of the suspects were arrested and charged in July.

The McDowell County Sheriff’s Office arrested an illegal alien, 21-year-old Cristian Guardian, who resided in Marion. He was charged with statutory rape of a 15-year-old girl, McDowell News reported.

Jaun Enrique Leonardo was arrested and charged in Lincoln County for child prostitution and statutory sex offense with a child 15 years old or younger, the Statesville Record & Landmark reported.

The Wake County Sheriff’s Office arrested Arjan “AJ” Jaminia, 67, on July 24 after multiple witnesses said he exposed himself to children at Falls Lake.

A girl reported in September 2019 that a man, who is believed to be Jaminia, revealed his genitals to her at the Beaver Dam boat ramp, WCNC reported.

Police officers identified Jaminia as a suspect, but he denied the claims, and they did not have enough evidence to move forward with an arrest.

In mid-July, a family reported to the police that their child expressed reservations about visiting Falls Lake because a man, who the child called “AJ,” had exposed himself to the child.

Jaminia again denied the allegations, but the sheriff’s office charged him with two counts of indecent liberties with a child and two counts of spying on females.

“Especially with COVID going on and everyone being home, I’m pretty sure people are going to want to take their kids out. They’re definitely going to be way more cautious now,” said Cynterria Scott of Creedmoor.
