Illegal Alien Arrested for Killing 6-Year-Old with Car

(Ezekiel Loseke, Headline USA) An illegal alien has been arrested and charged for running over and killing a six year old boy in North Dakota.

Julian Montoya, the 19-year-old illegal alien that ran over the boy, was driving a 2012 Toyota Tundra in the parking lot of Madison Heights Apartments in Watford City, according to KXNET.

An eyewitness reported the events of the death to police. The boy was adjusting his bicycle seat in the middle of the parking garage when the Toyota was seen taking the corner at a very high speed.

The witness reported yelling at the boy to move, but the speed of the Toyota was so high that he didn’t have time to react.

The witness also reported that the truck did not try to stop. The police confirmed this observation. Police report that there were black skid marks on the concrete where the illegal had turned. They say this means he did not attempt to slow down, and was rapidly accelerating. No evidence suggested any attempt to break or swerve to avoid the child.

After the collision the illegal reported fleeing the scene, but returned when police arrived.

The posted speed-limit of the garage was 10 mph. The weather was clear and sunny, and no ice or obstructions were on the road at the time of the homicide.

The illegal has been charged with negligent homicide and driving without a license, a charge that only carries 5 years of prison time and a $10,000 fine, according to KFYRtv.

Montoya, despite being an illegal alien suspected of killing a young boy, was also granted bail, though it was set at $1 million because of his illegal status in America, according to Breitbart News.

A go-fund-me page has been started for the boy’s funeral costs.

It is not apparent if this particular illegal immigrant was part of Biden’s million plus illegals pardoned and released in America.
