Historic-Low Approval Ratings Plague Kamala amid Biden Scandals

'What did you expect when your VP is an affirmative action hire who slept her way to the top?...'

(Luis CornelioHeadline USA)  Vice President Kamala Harris has garnered the highest net negative approval ratings in the history of U.S. vice presidents, according to a recent NBC News Poll, marking yet another low for the Biden White House, which is already mired in scandal.

Conducted between June 16 and June 20, the poll revealed that 49% of registered voters hold a negative opinion of Harris, with only 32% viewing her favorably, resulting in the unprecedented 17-point net-negative rating.

The NBC News report stated that Harris’s net-negative percentage is the lowest ever recorded for any vice president in the poll’s history.

The significant decline in approval comes on the heels of recent controversies plaguing the Biden administration, including a plea deal by Hunter Biden, the president’s son, and revelations from IRS whistleblowers who claimed that Biden’s Justice Department repeatedly and wrongly interfered in Hunter Biden’s criminal probe.

Adding fuel to the fire, an explosive WhatsApp text message, released by the House Committee on Ways and Means, showed Hunter Biden demanding action from a Chinese contact while mentioning his father’s presence. This message contradicts Biden’s previous claims that he never discussed foreign business dealings with his son.

Following the release of the poll, several political commentators took to social media to express their reactions to Harris’s historic low approval ratings.

Radio host Erick Erickson summarized the sentiment, saying, “A majority of Americans have deep, deep concerns about Biden’s physical and mental state; Kamala Harris is the least liked Vice President in the poll’s history.”

Charlie Kirk, the founder and CEO of Turning Point USA, chimed in, saying, “What did you expect when your VP is an affirmative action hire who slept her way to the top?”

The poll also shed light on former vice presidents’ approval ratings, with Mike Pence receiving a 34% positive rating and a 38% negative rating, resulting in a net-negative of 4. During his tenure as vice president, Joe Biden held a 34% positive rating and a 33% negative rating, resulting in a net-positive of 1.

In contrast, Dick Cheney enjoyed a 47% positive rating and a 24% negative rating, resulting in a net-positive of 23. Similarly, Al Gore received high approvals, with 42% positive and 27% negative ratings.

The poll also revealed that former President Donald Trump has significantly increased his lead in the GOP primary for the 2024 presidential election, with 51% of Republican primary voters indicating their intention to vote for him.

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis garnered 22% support, while Pence received a mere 7% of support, further highlighting the political landscape’s shifting dynamics.
