(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) With the leftist stroke of a pen, New York Democrat Gov. Kathy Hochul turned the state into a sanctuary for transgender children and their families, shortly before she attended the infamous “We’re coming for your children” Pride March on Saturday.
The legislation will prohibit New York authorities from cooperating with other states’ investigations into parents who want to physically mutilate their children through surgeries, drugs and hormones, Timcast reported.
“A police officer may not arrest any person for performing or aiding in the performance of gender-affirming care within this state, or in procuring or aiding in the procurement of gender-affirming care in this state if the gender-affirming care is performed in accordance with the provisions of any other applicable law of this state,” the legislation said.
The bill would also stop the existing family court law from separating those kinds of parents from their children and, therefore, allow them to continue doing what they are doing.
“A law of another state that authorizes a child to be removed from their parent or guardian based on the parent or guardian allowing their child to receive gender-affirming care shall not be enforced or applied in a case pending in a court in this state,” the bill added.

Aside from the pro-trans law, Hochul also signed three new laws that would update legal documents with an “outdated and stigmatizing terminology” that applies to sexual orientation and gender identity.
Additionally, the leftist Hochul appointed the first “trans male” judge to the New York State of Claims and signed an amendment to the State Technology Law that would force the New York State employees to use “preferred pronouns.”
“I stand together with champions of this movement who have joined us today to say no more,” Hochul said about the bill signing. “We will give you the template, rest of the country. We will show you what you need to do.”
However, New York is not the only state that actively pushes transgender orthodoxy through government edict. Colorado passed a “transgender tourism” law and became another sanctuary state for the LGBT crowd, while leftist California did the same.
