(Mark Pellin, Headline USA) In a shocking and unprecedented display of militarizing the Federal Bureau of Investigation as a political weapon, government agents on Monday launched a tactical raid on former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home.
The totalitarian, Gestapo-style assault, carried out by FBI agents executing a search warrant, was roundly condemned as an egregious attack on democracy that reeked of Third World dictatorships.
“These are dark times for our Nation, as my beautiful home, Mar-A-Lago in Palm Beach, Florida, is currently under siege, raided, and occupied by a large group of FBI agents,” Trump said in a statement.
“Nothing like this has ever happened to a President of the United States before,” wrote Trump, calling the raid “prosecutorial misconduct, the weaponization of the Justice System, and an attack by Radical Left Democrats who desperately don’t want me to run for President in 2024.”
Trump’s statement continued:
“Such an assault could only take place in broken, Third-World Countries. Sadly, America has now become one of those Countries, corrupt at a level not seen before. They even broke into my safe!
“What is the difference between this and Watergate, where operatives broke into the Democrat National Committee? Here, in reverse, Democrats broke into the home of the 45th President of the United States.”
The FBI agents were reportedly searching for materials Trump allegedly brought to his Mar-a-Lago home, after the National Archives and Records Administration said it had allegedly found classified material there, according to Fox News.

The FBI agents brought a “safe cracker” and broke into a “relatively new safe,” a source told Fox News, adding that nothing was found.

“They’re going after him, but it’s a total full-frontal assault,” said Joe Kent, the retired Green Beret and Trump-endorsed candidate in a contentious Washington House race. “They’re going after every single one of us.”
“I served in lots of countries that were really ran like police and security states, and I think that’s the reason a lot of this looks very familiar to me,” Kent said, who called the raid the “totality of the [Biden] regime.”
“And I call it a regime because it’s the weaponization of the national security state. It’s being fully weaponized against anyone who doesn’t comply.”
Squad member Rep. Pramila Jayapal, D-Wash., and other leftist Junta allies applauded the FBI’s attack on Trump, who she said should already be in jail.
“That’s what happens when you break the law, try to steal an election, and incite a deadly insurrection,” Jayapal crowed. “Donald Trump should be in jail. I’m glad to see the FBI taking steps towards accountability.”

Trump’s statement on the raid continued:
“The political persecution of President Donald J. Trump has been going on for years, with the now fully debunked Russia, Russia, Russia Scam, Impeachment Hoax #1, Impeachment Hoax #2, and so much more, it just never ends. It is political targeting at the highest level!
Hillary Clinton was allowed to delete and acid wash 33,000 E-mails AFTER they were subpoenaed by Congress. Absolutely nothing has happened to hold her accountable. She even took antique furniture, and other items from the White House.

“I’ve seen enough,” Senate Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy said in a statement.
“The Department of Justice has reached an intolerable state of weaponized politicization. When Republicans take back the House, we will conduct immediate oversight of this department, follow the facts, and leave no stone unturned.
“Attorney General Garland, preserve your documents and clear your calendar,” he added.
“The U.S. government is currently raiding an opposition party leader’s home, as seen in tin pot dictatorships,” wrote National Pulse editor Raheem J. Kassam.
