DOJ Lawyers-Up to Defend Gov’t Against Childhood Vax Injuries

'The Biden regime will try to hide the roles of Dr. Fauci and Dr. Baric and DARPA/Moderna ... by designating the obvious truth as classified information...'

(Molly Bruns, Headline USA) The Department of Justice is looking to hire at least four new lawyers to assist in cases against the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act, conservative blogger Emerald Robinson reported via Substack.

The posting listed on the federal government’s USA Jobs site is only open for a month, implying they are in need of lawyers quickly.

The description indicates that the lawyers will be representing the Department of Health and Human Services in defending the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act.

“The cases involve claims of injury as a result of the receipt of vaccines covered by the Act,” the description reads. “… Due to a recent increase in cases filed under the Vaccine Act, the office is expanding to address the additional workload.”

The description also states that most of the cases against the Vaccine Act are resolved by the government settling:

“As the majority of cases are resolved through settlement, attorneys also engage regularly in settlement negotiations, including alternative dispute resolution, and drafting settlement memoranda and related documents,” it says.

Candidates need “Top Secret” security clearance with the government to be considered for the job.

While the motivation for the compulsory clearance is not stated in the description, Robinson said she a guess:

“The Biden regime will try to hide the roles of Dr. Fauci and Dr. Baric and DARPA/Moderna (and all the rest of them at the Pentagon and NIH) in creating COVID-19 by designating the obvious truth as classified information,” she wrote. “It’s all bioweapons research after all.”

The National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act has received a good deal of criticism, as it shields manufacturers from liability concerning injury sustained during vaccination.

There has also been some movement towards suing institutions that held vaccination mandates, such as universities, if the patient was injured by the vaccine.
