(Mark Pellin, Headline USA) President Joe Biden’s Justice Department has reportedly indicted former President Donald Trump, the incumbent’s front-running GOP opponent in the 2024 election, in a stunning move that critics have blasted as gross election interference and the blatant weaponizing of the justice system.
“The corrupt Biden Administration has informed my attorneys that I have been Indicted, seemingly over the Boxes Hoax, even though Joe Biden has 1850 Boxes at the University of Delaware, additional Boxes in Chinatown, D.C., with even more Boxes at the University of Pennsylvania, and documents strewn all over his garage floor where he parks his Corvette, and which is ‘secured’ by only a garage door that is paper thin, and open much of the time,” Trump posted Thursday on Truth Social.
The indictment stems from the federal criminal investigation into Trump’s alleged mishandling of classified material, which culminated on Biden’s DOJ using a militarized Justice Department to raid Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home.
The phony Boxes Hoax indictment is an attempt to distract the American public from the millions of dollars in bribes that the Biden Crime Family received from foreign nationals.

“Today’s act of open legal ‘warfare’ by the highly politicized and partisan Department of Injustice, has taken things to a new level, and set a dangerous precedent,” the Trump Campaign said in a statement.
“By politically weaponizing the DOJ, the Biden administration and their henchmen in the Swamp are now conducting an all-out prosecution of the leader of the current administration’s political opposition. This is un-American and wrong.”
Trump wrote that he had “been summoned to appear at the Federal Courthouse in Miami on Tuesday, at 3 PM.”
“The exact same day that the FBI is forced to turn over to Congress absolutely damning and credible allegations regarding Joe Biden’s illegal, egregious, and treasonous corruption, Joe Biden weaponizes his Department of Justice to indict Donald Trump,” House GOP Chair Elise Stefanik said in reaction to the news, declaring that “The American people are smart and understand this is the epitome of the illegal and unprecedented weaponization of the federal government against Joe Biden’s leading opponent.”
“The radical Far Left will stop at nothing to interfere with the 2024 election in order to prop up the catastrophic presidency and desperate campaign of Joe Biden. We can’t let the Democrats succeed in rigging another election.”
Backlash to the news was swift and fierce on social media, condemning the Biden regime for using the DOJ to persecute and hobble Trump’s 2024 campaign, on dubious allegations that mirror similar document mishandling as Biden.

“The Biden regime doesn’t call half the country white supremacists, fascists, and domestic extremists because it’s true,” tweeted patriot lawyer and conservative pundit Rogan O’Handley.
“They do it to justify their weaponization of the federal gov’t against them. Marxists have no room for dissenters. They crush political enemies at any cost.”
“I never thought it possible that such a thing could happen to a former President of the United States, who received far more votes than any sitting President in the History of our Country, and is currently leading, by far, all Candidates, both Democrat and Republican, in Polls of the 2024 Presidential Election.
