Biden’s Pentagon Mistakenly Funneled $6.2 Billion to Ukraine

'Can I get an accident like that on my tax refund, please? In all seriousness, f**k these people...'

(Luis CornelioHeadline USA) The Department of Defense, under the Biden administration, has come under intense scrutiny after mistakenly funneling an astounding $6.2 billion in overvalued military aid to Ukraine in its ongoing conflict with Russia.

Sabrina Singh, a deputy press secretary at the Pentagon, admitted that this staggering sum was the result of an accounting “error.” The Biden administration had allocated $3.6 billion for Ukraine in fiscal year 2023 and $2.6 billion in 2022, amounting to the whopping figure of $6.2 billion.

Shockingly, the Defense Department discovered these “errors” in March but deliberately withheld the information from the public until Tuesday, raising concerning questions about transparency and accountability.

During a press conference, Singh said the error did not impact Ukraine, claiming, “These valuation errors in no way limit or restricted the size of any of our [presidential drawdown authority packages] or impacted the provision of support to Ukraine. And while the DoD retains the authority to utilize the recaptured PDA, this has no bearing on appropriated USA AI or Ukraine PDA replenishment funding approved by Congress”

Critics of the Biden administration were quick to express their fury at this colossal blunder. Rep. Bob Good, R-Va., didn’t mince words as he lashed out at the Pentagon, stating, “Another ‘accounting error’ from the Pentagon which has NEVER been able to pass an audit and also left billions of dollars of equipment behind for the Taliban.”

Rogan O’Handley, a conservative commentator and attorney, took to Twitter to voice his discontent, insinuating that a significant portion of the “accounting error” may have ended up in the pockets of Ukrainian oligarchs.

Echoing the sentiment, the conservative platform Zero Hedge posted the question, “[W]hat”—highlighting the skepticism surrounding the official explanation.

Twitter personality Joey Mannarino didn’t hold back in criticizing the Pentagon’s fiasco, sarcastically remarking, “Can I get an accident like that on my tax refund, please? In all seriousness, fuck these people.”

Lavern Spicer, a Republican congressional candidate, joined in, stating, “This whole system needs to be overhauled.”

The Pentagon had initially claimed the overestimation amounted to approximately $3 billion, not $6.2 billion, according to the Washington Examiner.
