(Mark Pellin, Headline USA) Claiming that a transgender triggerman who terrorized a community and left six dead in the Covenant School massacre was a matter for local law enforcement, the Biden Justice Department said it is not treating Monday’s mass shooting as an act of domestic terrorism.
A transgender mass shooter targeting a Christian school did not meet the FBI’s definition of “Violent, criminal acts committed by individuals and/or groups to further ideological goals stemming from domestic influences, such as those of a political, religious, social, racial, or environmental nature.”
An FBI spokesperson issued a squishy statement to the Daily Wire, ducking responsibility for investigating the trans mass shooter.
“If it was terrorism, we would have federal jurisdiction. Given that Nashville metro is leading the investigation, I think you can take a lot from that,” said Elizabeth Clement-Webb, a spokesperson for the Memphis Field Office of the FBI, which includes Nashville.
No press conference from Garland and Wray about yesterday’s hate crime massacre of Christians. More people were killed than than during Charlottesville and J6 combined.
Garland and Wray will keep using the FBI to conduct violent SWAT raids on pro-life Christians.

Local police were leading the investigation and the FBI was “in an assistance role” with Nashville partners, the spokesperson said. When pressed if the FBI “was monitoring radical trans activists as a source of potential domestic terrorism,” the FBI spokeswoman said “No.”
Trans Radical Action Network, the group that has called for a march on the Supreme Court in a Day of Vengeance, warned in a statement Tuesday that “Hate has consequences.”
Trans Resistance Network have released a statement on the mass shooting.

While offering condolences for the victims that their trans brethren murdered in cold blood leading up to their planed Day of Vengeance, TRAN declared a “second and more complex tragedy is that Aiden or Aubrey Hale, who felt he had no other effective way to be seen than to lash out by taking the life of others, and by consequence, himself.”
“I’ll tell you what has consequences,” tweeted Culturcidal’s John Hawkins. “Encouraging unstable people to embrace their mental illness, pretend to be something they can never be, and take massive amounts of mood-altering hormones more typically found in the other sex.”
A growing movement of trans-terrorism activists, which the FBI has declared is not a domestic terrorist threat, responded to the Covenant School massacre and killing of Christians by arming themselves and calling for vengeance.
Trans Activists have been calling Audrey Hale a “martyr against transphobia from hateful Christian Bigots”
“Pray for Mercy because we won’t show any”

I wonder if the FBI & DOJ will start watching for violent factions within the Trans community to prevent future domestic terrorist incidence seeing as there has been 4 in the recent past committed by a group that makes up .6% of the adult population according to the CDC?
