A recently leaked memo from U.S. Customs and Border Protection revealed that the federal government ended familial DNA testing at the southern border as of May 31, 2023. These tests have always been used to stop the cartel practice of “renting” young children to clients who pose as the child’s parents to get into the United States, Breitbart reported.
Another open border policy from the Biden administration that is very popular with the cartel kingpins is catch-and-release which is based on the honor system that caught illegal immigrants would show up for hearing months or years after they were allowed to remain in the country.

A regular person “could be forgiven” for thinking that the cartels and the Biden administration are child trafficking operation partners, with the cartels transporting children to the border of the United States and the federal agents then taking custody and distributing the children to “clients” inside the country, Breitbart reported.
