Amid Unfathomable Horror, Kamala’s Hubby Finds Worst Reason to Thank God

'The entire Jewish Community is hurting... but thank God, we have the steady leadership of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris during this unthinkable time in our history...'

(Luis CornelioHeadline USA) Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff addressed a gathering of Jewish community leaders at the White House on Wednesday, awkwardly praising President Joe Biden.

In the wake of the horrific terrorist attacks by Hamas in Israel, Emhoff offered his condolences to the parents of American victims but gave them a reason to thank God: Biden and Kamala Harris.

“The entire Jewish Community is hurting,” Emhoff said. “I’m hurting. We agree with you and we stand with you but thank God, we have the steady leadership of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris during this unthinkable time in our history.”

Emhoff, who is Jewish himself, praised what he described as the “moral compass” and “empathy” of Biden and his wife.

“We saw that yesterday when President Biden with Vice President Harris and Secretary [Antony] Blinken by his side powerfully addressed the nation and made clear to the world that Israel has the United States’ unwavering support,” he added.

“Our president and vice president are making sure Israel has what it needs to defend itself. We are grateful for their leadership and support for Israel at this exceptionally difficult time,” he concluded.

Biden and Emhoff were accompanied by some of Biden’s senior advisers, some of whom are of Jewish descent, the Hill reported on Wednesday.

Biden had earlier expressed his support for Israel during a conversation with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, as the nation responds to brutal attacks by Hamas.

Over 1,200 Israeli citizens, including Americans, have lost their lives, and approximately 150 individuals remain hostage.

“It’s heart-wrenching,” Biden said on Oct. 9. “These families have been torn apart by inexcusable hatred and violence. We also know that American citizens still remain unaccounted for, and we are working with Israeli officials to obtain more information as to their whereabouts.”
