(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Both Adidas and rapper Kanye West have come under scrutiny following a detailed exposé by the New York Times, which unearthed unsettling allegations of anti-Semitic behavior.
According to the report, one particularly disturbing incident occurred during a 2013 meeting at the Adidas headquarters in Germany, where West purportedly drew a swastika in a fit of displeasure.
“The Adidas employees, thrilled to get started, had arrayed sneakers and fabric swatches on a long table near a mood board pinned with images,” the Times claimed. “But nothing they showed that day at the company’s German headquarters captured the vision Mr. West had shared.”
The designs reportedly made West grow upset. “To convey how offensive he considered the designs, he grabbed a sketch of a shoe and took a marker to the toe,” two individuals recounted. “Then he drew a swastika.”

The Times highlighted that the incident took place mere miles away from Nuremberg, “where leaders of the Third Reich were tried for crimes against humanity.”
Furthermore, the report detailed additional instances of alleged anti-Semitism, including an episode where West reportedly forced Adidas executives to watch pornography during a meeting.
West is said to have told a Jewish Adidas employee to “kiss a picture of Hitler every day” and admitted that he paid a “a seven-figure settlement to one of his own senior employees who accused him of repeatedly praising the architect of the Holocaust.”
West also allegedly said he “admired” Hitler’s “command of propaganda” and that the German leader was a “master marketer.”
Despite these allegations, the report revealed that Adidas chose not to sever ties with West until 2022, following the artist’s public struggle during an interview with Alex Jones on Infowars.
“The Jewish media has made us feel like the Nazis and Hitler have never offered anything of value to the world,” Ye said at one point during the interview. “I see good things about Hitler, also. … I see good things about Hitler. Every human being has something of value that they brought to the table, especially Hitler.”
