(Ken Silva, Headline USA) Prominent conservative personality Glenn Beck announced Wednesday that his podcast, The Glenn Beck Program, has been removed from Apple Podcasts.
Beck said in a video that he received an email from Apple, which said that the company “found an issue with your show … which must be resolved before it’s available on Apple Podcasts.”
Beck said Apple sent him a link for more details about why his show was canceled, but the link only reiterated that his show has been removed.
“So what’s the ‘issue’ Apple?!” Beck asked. “I cannot imagine what they are basing this one on. Have we even had strikes? No, nothing. This is crazy.”
Beck said it could have been a “glitch”—he used air quotes when he said that word—but speculated that these “glitches” will become more frequent as the 2024 presidential election nears.
“There’s nothing we’ve said that would warrant a removal. It’s probably just a ‘glitch,’ but it’s amazing we need a whole bunch of people to point out the ‘glitch’ before it’s found out and put back,” he said.
“I think the closer and closer we get to this election, the most ‘glitches’ are going to happen.”
Beck also speculated that he’s being targeted because of his ongoing coverage of what he called the Biden crime family. He said he has another broadcast about the Bidens set to air Wednesday night.
Previously an anti-Trumper, in recent years Beck has platformed increasingly radical right-wing thinkers—including the likes of Auron MacIntyre—and edgy personalities such as comedian Alex Stein.
This has resulted in Beck’s network, BlazeTV, attacking issues that used to be sacred cows in conservative media—such as the official narrative of the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks. It was on Stein’s show that Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy recently made waves when he said he didn’t believe the official findings of the 9/11 Commission.
Beck has also questioned the official narrative of the Jan. 6, 2021, protest-turned-riot. Earlier this month, he announced the hiring of broadcaster Steve Baker, who was charged in relation to J6.

They were stunt pieces. They never intended to go off. They were basically diversionary tactics." pic.twitter.com/r35f5OTWw5

Apple didn’t immediately respond to a Headline USA email asking why Beck was apparently deplatformed.
