(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) It took almost as long for the Washington Post to come clean about the pandemic as it did for the media organ to acknowledge the laptop from hell, but it happened this week when the paper published an “eye-opening” study that showed physical exercising can help protect a person against COVID-19.
The article “Regular exercise protects against fatal covid, a new study shows” cited the findings of a study that was published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine on Dec. 14, according to the Daily Wire.
The people who performed the study looked at data from nearly 200,000 adults who live in Southern California. and concluded that those people who exercised 30 minutes almost every day were four times more likely to not get COVID-19 than those who do not exercise.
Robert Sallis, the study’s senior author and a clinical professor at Kaiser Permanente Bernard J. Tyson School of Medicine in Los Angeles, said that exercising is even more powerful than the authors of the study thought it was when it comes to protecting yourself from COVID-19.
The study stated that exercise had such a huge impact that even people who worked out only for 11 minutes per week were not hospitalized and died as frequently as people who didn’t exercise at all.
The Twitterverse erupted on WaPo for finally admitting the obvious.
“Surprise surprise! Healthy people less likely to drop dead!” actor and comedian Rob Schneider tweeted, while author Max Lugavere pointed out that the government could’ve saved lives by not closing everything down during 2020.
“Remember when they closed the gyms?”
The Washington Post announces exercise is a great way to beat COVID.
This is something people with functioning brains knew in March 2020.
Instead of talking about the vaccine nonstop, we should have been telling people to put down the junk food and go for a nice run. https://t.co/PafnQ7FQYW

Those of us not profiting off of people being sick or living in fear have been saying this for 2 1/2 years… Glad you finally join the party. https://t.co/gv4ll4d8S8

Spike Cohen, the founder and chairman of You Are the Power, warned that the public should always question what the so-called “experts” say.
“Exercise, in almost any amount, reduces your risk of being hospitalized or dying of anything,” he tweeted.
“The fact that governments ‘experts’ finally admit this, after 2 years of trying to convince us the answer is to stay home and take big pharma products, shows how much we can trust them.”
