A forensic report from one Michigan county that acknowledges flipping thousands of votes for President Donald Trump to Democrat Joe Biden concluded that Dominion Voting Systems had intentionally designed flaws for the purpose of disrupting democracy.
Antrim County officials had wavered as to whether a notorious Election Day flip—estimated to have impacted some 5,000 to 6,000 votes in the county with roughly 22,000 registered voters—was the result of a technical glitch or human error.
But as it turns out, the answer was both, and neither. Humans and software were both involved, but neither appears to have been a glitch.
The voting machines were, in fact, programmed to generate errors at a staggering rate of 68.05%, which then got transferred to biased human evaluators who decided whether to accept or reject them at their own discretion with no other safeguards or accountability, according to the Gateway Pundit.
“We conclude that the Dominion Voting System is intentionally and purposefully designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results,” said the report, released Monday by Allied Security Operations Group on behalf of Antrim County, Michigan.
“The system intentionally generates an enormously high number of ballot errors,” it continued. “The electronic ballots are then transferred for adjudication. The intentional errors lead to bulk adjudication of ballots with no oversight, no transparency, and no audit trail. This leads to voter or election fraud.”
The 23-page report followed an investigation which involved prestigious security experts with prior involvement in NASA, the Department of Defense, Secret Service, Department of Homeland Security and the Central Intelligence Agency, wrote Russell James Ramsland Jr., the Harvard- and Duke-educated ASOG manager who penned the report.
The Antrim report came as part of an independent lawsuit, Bailey v. Antrim County, currently pending in the 13th Circuit Court.
“The vote flipped based on the algorithm,” said attorney Matthew DePerno, representing the plaintiff, William Bailey.
“It can be done manually or through a machine. We believe it was done through a machine, he continued. “It’s either a function of the program, or it’s done offsite. My guess is that it was shipped offsite, adjudicated, and then sent back to the system, or it was done internally in the program. It was one of the two,” he explained.
Several witnesses issued affidavits and have testified before a state legislative panel to having seen the voting machines connected to an outside internet line that may have been communicating with Frankfurt, Germany and other European cities.
Videos have also surfaced on YouTube showing voting-machine technicians demonstrating the process, which allows operators in a back room to receive any of the disputed votes. However, the Google-owned platform announced last week that it planned to purge any videos that called into question the election results.
Data scientists previously pinpointed an algorithm that appeared to be present in at least three other Michigan counties that allowed election officials to weight votes more heavily in Biden’s favor depending on how Republican a particular precinct leaned.
Judge Kevin Elsenheimer approved the forensic examination of Antrim’s voting equipment and databases earlier this month, and he agreed to let the report be published with a few minor redactions, the Epoch Times reported.
Bailey’s case dealt only indirectly with the presidential election, but alleged that the Dominion systems may have interfered in a ballot referendum on whether to allow a marijuana dispensary to locate in the plaintiff’s neighborhood.
The measure initially was tied but was passed after the elimination of one “no” vote upon recount.
Meanwhile, in the county’s Ellsworth district, where only three of six eligible voters participated in the election for a school board representative, Dominion reported that 663 people voted, reported the Gateway Pundit.
Whether the bombshell report’s revelations offer hope or further discourage and outrage those skeptical of Biden’s declared victory remains to be seen.
Biden allegedly bested Trump in Michigan by approximately 150,000 votes, with much of the edge coming from the mail-in voting in the counties surrounding Detroit in the wee morning hours of Nov. 4.
The Supreme Court’s decision late Friday to punt on a major case, along with the meeting of the Electoral College on Monday, during which Biden was expected to formally be declared president, would seem to mark the final hope for Trump supporters that revelations of mass vote-fraud might overturn the outcome.
Trump, himself, has hinted in recent tweets that a Biden administration appears, at this point, to be likely, if not inevitable.
