Tucker Carlson Insurgents May Still Be Running Fox’s Downscreen Chyron

'Why would a large network news channel like Fox let some disgruntled conspiracy theorist in the back control the chyron...'

(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) Hope may remain for the increasingly-woke Fox News, which ran a chyron Tuesday calling President Joe Biden a “wannabe dictator” who was speaking at the White House “after having his political rival arrested,” the Daily Mail reported.

The message appeared during Fox’s primetime broadcast of Biden’s Washington, D.C. speech, side by side with former President Donald Trump’s rally in Bedminster, New Jersey.

As the message flashed across the bottom of the screen, Fox showed Trump delivering a defiant speech from his New Jersey golf club after pleading “not guilty” to federal charges, which he characterized as “a political persecution like something out of a fascist or communist nation.”

According to the former president, he “did everything right and they indicted me.”

He also suggested that the nation had “witnessed the most evil and heinous abuse of power in the history of our country,” alluding to Biden’s partisan Mar-a-Lago raid last fall, which was followed by federal charges earlier this month.

Biden, he suggested, will go down in history as “the president who together with a band of his closest thugs, misfits and Marxist tried to destroy American democracy.”

The Fox News chyron led to social-media outrage on behalf of the left.

“Why would a large network news channel like Fox let some disgruntled conspiracy theorist in the back control the chyron,” one Twitter user wrote.

Another noted that he expected Fox to “go lower than low but talk about fanning the flames.”

Meanwhile, Fox News has been in the process of insulting the vast majority of its viewers in its recent layoff of massively successful host Tucker Carlson, as well as its capitulation to the DEI regime.
