(Mark Pellin, Headline USA) With multiple media outlets reporting that former President Donald Trump could be indicted as soon as Wednesday, Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., on Tuesday said that Soros-funded, Trump witch hunter Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg should be thrown in jail.
Paul eviscerated Bragg for the egregious handling of the porn star alleged hush-money case that the partisan DA is reportedly ready to use in filing felony charges against the former president.

Paul blasted the tweet as it was being widely reported that New York City was bracing Tuesday for what was expected to be a Trump indictment.
The New York Police Department reportedly made a joint decision with the Secret Service to increase security around the Manhattan courthouse, while the NYPD and the city’s Metro Police have also directed all officers to be in uniform and on-call, according to the Daily Mail.
Rep. Elise Stefanik, R-N.Y., blistered Bragg for his misguided use of resources for the sake of political gain, while crime raged in her home state.
“At the same time as you have him politically targeting and persecuting President Trump, he’s lowering felonies and misdemeanors, which has been one of the reasons crime has skyrocketed in New York City,” Stefanik said of Bragg’s tenure.
She reiterated earlier calls from House Republicans for Bragg to provide documents and records related to the reportedly looming indictment of Trump, and questioned the motives for pursuing charges after the Justice Department had already punted the case.
“Even the Washington Post has pointed out that this is a zombie case that the Department of Justice passed upon the Southern District of New York,” Stefnik said. “And now you have the most radical DA imaginable going after President Trump and doing the bidding of Joe Biden.”
Rep. Ronny Jackson, R-Texas, was equally critical of the hyper-partisan DA.
“Soros-owned Alvin Bragg has allowed New York to devolve into a lawless warzone,” he wrote on Truth Social. “He’s put his disgusting politics over people and now the city is SUFFERING. He’s a DISGRACE to this country!”
