‘I Love You. I’m Sorry’: Mom of U.S. Hamas Victim Details Final Text

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Rachel Goldberg, the mother of Hersh Goldberg-Polin, an Israeli-American victim of the Oct. 7 Hamas attack, shared the final text messages she received from her son.  

“I love you,” Hersh’s first text read, followed by a chilling “I’m sorry.” The ordeal began when Hamas militants opened fire on concertgoers during an outdoor festival.

Speaking at a press conference, Goldberg provided the details of the horrifying ordeal her son reportedly faced, including the brutal destruction of his arm, as Hamas terrorists seized on the concert.

“Unfortunately, what we heard about Hersh [from eyewitnesses] is that his arm was blown off from his elbow down,” Goldberg told the media during a press conference. “He tourniqueted his own arm.” 

As reported by the New York Post, Goldberg-Polin had recently celebrated his 23rd birthday. The concert was meant to be a celebration of peace. Video footage shows the young individuals enjoying themselves before Hamas militants, without warning, unleashed a brutal assault on Saturday morning. 

“There were two texts in a row from Hersh at 8:11. The first one said, ‘I love you.’… also, it said, ‘I’m sorry’. And so I knew immediately, wherever he was, it was a terrible situation,” the mother added. “I took it to mean I love you and I’m sorry because whatever is going to happen is going to cause you tremendous pain and worry.”  

Rachel attempted to call and text him repeatedly but received no response. “I texted him a couple of times, ‘Are you okay?’ she continued. “I’ve not heard from him since the text I received at 8:11 on Saturday morning.”

The situation on the ground was utter chaos, as video footage of the concert scene resembled a horrifying movie, with lifeless bodies lying all over the streets and sidewalks. 

One disturbing video shows 25-year-old student Noa Argamani plead with terrorists not to kill her. “Don’t kill me! No, no, no” she said while in tears before being driven away by Hamas. Her boyfriend, Avi Nathan was overpowered and manhandled by the terrorists. They both remain missing.

Hamas issued a chilling ultimatum, threatening to execute approximately 150 hostages, including Americans, if Israel continues to defend itself.

Hamas militant spokesman Abu Obeida declared, “We announce that every targeting of our people who are safe in their homes without warning, we will regretfully meet with the execution of our enemy’s civilian hostages.” He further added that these executions would be recorded and shared through audio and video.  

In response, Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant announced a complete blockade of food and power against Hamas. “We are fighting human animals, and we act accordingly.”

(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) After declaring a state of war on Saturday in the wake of Hamas’s shocking terrorist attacks, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu vowed in an address Monday to respond with ferocity that will go down in history, the Daily Mail reported.

Netanyahu compared the Hamas attacks to the earlier Islamic State attacks that occurred throughout the Obama administration.

‘”The atrocities committed by Hamas have not been seen since ISIS atrocities,” the prime minister declared, emphasizing the brutality with which Hamas had approached its recent raid.

“Bound children executed, along with their families,” he continued. “Young men and women shot in the back, executed. Other horrors I won’t describe here.”

Graphic videos circulating on social media have confirmed the horrific war crimes, with the nightmare continuing to unfold as Hamas proceeds to execute an estimated 150 hostages—likely including some American citizens.

In response, Israel declared a “complete siege on Gaza,” and has also reportedly blocked off water and electricity sources that supply the region.

According to Netanyahu, the “enlightened world” must unite to help Israel defeat Hamas once and for all, just as it helped Israel 10 years ago.

“We have always known who Hamas is. Now the entire world knows,” he said.

“Hamas is ISIS,” he added. “And we will defeat it just like the enlightened world defeated ISIS. This vile enemy wanted war, and it will get war.”

Despite calls from the Left for Israel to appease the terrorists and those offering them safe harbor in the Gaza strip, the conflict does not appear to be waning.

Earlier Monday, Netanyahu promised to “change the Middle East,” noting that “this is only the beginning … we are all with you and we will defeat them with force, enormous force.”

In an apparent commitment to all-out warfare, the prime minister added that what Israel does to its enemies in the coming days “will echo for generations.”

Israeli squadrons of soldiers affirmed the prime minister’s remarks, suggesting that leaders in Gaza posed a similar threat to ISIS, and thus must receive similar treatment.

“We are going to act towards Hamas in every way, like the West treated Daesh [ISIS],” an Israeli military official noted.

“Operationally, that means eradicating their leaders and fighters,” he added. “There will be international and diplomatic implications as well.”

Juan Williams Calls Biden the 3rd Black President, Gets Twitter Fact Check

(Molly Bruns, Headline USA) Juan Williams, a columnist for The Hill (best known, perhaps, for his role as the longtime resident liberal on Fox News’s The Five), received a fact check from Twitter after publishing an piece on Monday that declared President Joe Biden to be the nation’s “third black president.”

The social-media platform later appeared to have taken down the community note offering additional context for the Oct. 9 column.

Originally, the note explained to users that “Barack Obama was the first Black American President of the United States of America,” citing as its source an article from National Georgraphic.

Obama “was elected in 2008 and served from 2009-2017 as the 44th,” the note added. “There has not been another Black President in America elected to office since then. Joe Biden is white.”

Williams’s column made reference to novelist Toni Morrison’s claim that former President Bill Clinton was the nation’s “first black president,” due to the perception that Clinton exhibited a unique empathy toward black people and had a more laid-back sensibility than previous leaders.

Although Biden has had a notoriously troubled history of making overtly racist comments and supporting anti-black policies, Williams claimed that the current president met the same standard set by Morrison for Clinton in the 1990s.

He went on to explain that Biden earned his status as the “third black president” by nominating black people to high-ranking positions, such as Vice President Kamala Harris and Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson.

He also cited the removal of Confederate leaders’ names from military bases—a law that was, in fact, passed prior to Biden’s inauguration after Congress overrode a veto from then-President Donald Trump.

Cutting student-loan debt and fighting alleged “voter suppression” also earned Biden some political correctness points, according to Williams.

However, critics contend that Biden’s attempts to declare loan amnesty unfairly saddle lower-class citizens who did not attend college with the educational expenses of those who did. Moreover, Democrats’ efforts to loosen voting procedures and verification methods effectively dillute the weight of all legitimate votes by making it easier to commit fraud.

Of course, Biden’s crowning achievement, per Williams, is simply not being Donald Trump.

“Biden often tells audiences they should not compare him to the Almighty but to the alternative,” Williams wrote.

“It looks likely that the alternative to Biden in [the] 2024 presidential race will be Trump and a GOP that is hostile to Black people and Black interests,” he continued. “It is not much of a choice.”

As Fox viewers are well aware, Williams is notorious for making arguments that are heavy on sentimental flourishes and short on substance.

Despite Williams’s wishful thinking, it appears that Trump—the current frontrunner for the 2024 GOP nomination—may, in fact, be gaining significant ground on Biden in winning black voters, thus sending left-wing idealogues like Williams into a tizzy.

Williams noted that the Biden campaign recently spent $25 million on a national radio advertisement to pander to both black and Latino groups.

The ad, in the form of a campaign jingle, spread the message that “Joe and Kamala are getting it done for us—and that’s the facts.”

This move followed polls that showed Trump’s approval ratings rising with black people after his mugshot in Georgia.

Williams insisted it was a lie. Yet, “Even if Trump’s claim is false, it is true that Black enthusiasm for Biden, especially among young Black voters, is sagging,” he conceded. “And that concern is the reason for the advertising campaign aimed at Black voters.”

However, at least one other black pundit saw Trump’s spike in appeal following his Fulton County indictment as a serious threat that could disrupt more than half a century of Democrats having taken minority votes for granted.

“If Trump stumps in the ’hood, leftists who call him ‘Racist!’ will beclown themselves,” wrote Deroy Murdock, a conservative columnist and regular Fox News contributor, in a September piece.

“… Trump should ask black voters a question that will crystallize their sense of betrayal at the hands of their morally bankrupt ‘benefactors,'” Murdock added. “What the hell have the Democrats done for you lately?”

Evidence Suggests Biden Administration Fueled Attack on Israel

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) Congressional Republicans are seeking to probe whether the $6 billion released to Iran, the $70 billion of weapons left in Afghanistan or the untold amount of weapons sent to Ukraine were used in the Hamas attack on Israel.

“We need to work with Israel to track serial numbers on any U.S. weapons used by Hamas against Israel. Did they come from Afghanistan? Did they come from Ukraine?” Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene said Sunday on Twitter.

“Highly likely the answer is both,” she said.

“You have to be an idiot to believe the Biden admin’s talking points that none of the $6 billion released to Iran could be used for war against Israel,” she added, later to be joined by Sen. Tim Scott, who on Tuesday called for Treasury Secretary Yellen to testify on the matter.

While the Biden administration has claimed that Iran didn’t yet have the ability to spend any of the $6 billion unfrozen last month, Greene is almost certainly correct in her assessment about the weapons.

Indeed, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has reportedly been saying since June that U.S.-made anti-tank weapons intended for Ukraine were turning up on the Israeli border.

Other U.S. weapons from Ukraine have reportedly appeared in Africa, in the hands of Boko Haram insurgents fighting against US-armed soldiers from Chad, Niger and Nigeria.

Along with the reports of diverted weaponry, Pulitzer Prize-winning reporter Seymour Hersh has reported that top Ukrainian officials have siphoned some $400 million in U.S. aid.

As for Afghanistan, weapons from there have reportedly found their way into the hands of pro-Pakistani Islamist terrorists in Kashmir.

As noted by former U.S. Marine Corps intelligence officer Scott Ritter, U.S. officials seem willfully ignorant about where their weapons are being used.

“This became evident in May 2022, when Rand Paul, a Republican Senator from Kentucky, tried to have an inspector general put in place to monitor and account for some $40 billion in military assistance to Ukraine requested by President Joe Biden,” Ritter wrote Monday.

“Senator Paul’s motion was overwhelmingly defeated by a Congress which appeared to be happy to assume a ‘hear no evil, see no evil, speak no evil’ posture when it came to the issue of Ukraine and corruption.”

The most recent attack by Hamas has some legislators at least posturing that they want to take their heads out of the sand.

SCOTUS Refuses to Hear Case Where Pa. County Found Flaws in Voting Machines

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) The U.S. Supreme Court announced Tuesday that it won’t hear a case between Pennsylvania’s secretary of state and Fulton County election officials, allowing the state’s sanctions to stand against a county that found flaws in the Dominion Voting Systems machines used in the 2020 presidential election.

The case stems from Fulton County hiring Wake Technology Services, Inc. to inspect the Dominion voting machines after the Nov. 2020 elections. In its Feb. 2021 report, Wake TSI found that the elections were “well run and conducted, in a diligent and effective manner.”

However, the inspector did find flaws in the Dominion voting machines.

“Among these were errors in the ballot scanning, a failure of the system to meet Commonwealth Certification requirements, non-certified database tools on the system, changes made to Dominion’s entire election management system (EMS) three weeks before the 2020 election, and a lack of commonwealth logic and accuracy inspections L&A inspections of the Dominion Voting Systems,” the county explained in its SCOTUS application for review.

According to the county, the secretary of state’s actions were highly suspect, because there was no evidence that the voting systems had ever been certified in the first instance. In fact, the certification had been called into question by Wake TSI.

But despite following all the proper election regulations in allowing Wake TSI to conduct its inspection, Pennsylvania’s secretary of state sanctioned Fulton County over its actions. In a July 2021 directive, the secretary of state said that funding may be withheld from any county that provided voting-machine access to a third party.

And indeed, the state withheld Fulton County’s share of the $90 million in funds to cover costs for new voting machines.

The county sued the state over the matter. During that dispute, Fulton County also voted to allow the Pennsylvania Senate Intergovernmental Operations Committee to inspect the voting equipment.

This led to another dispute with the secretary of state, who filed an application to place sanctions on the county.

A lower court granted the sectary of state’s request for sanctions, and Pennsylvania’s state court upheld them.

“The court also ordered the impoundment of the Dominion voting machine systems, despite the breach of contract action in which Petitioners are suing Dominion for the failed voting machine system it provided to Fulton County prior to the 2020 election,” the county said in its SCOTUS application.

“In this regard, the court exceeded the scope of its contempt powers by forcing Petitioners to agree to surrender possession of evidence that could be critical to the claims in the breach of contract proceedings.”

Despite the seemingly egregious actions by Pennsylvania, SCOTUS has declined to review all litigation coming from Fulton County. SCOTUS did not provide a reason for its Tuesday decision to not hear the case.

Nebraska Man Gets 2-Year Sentence for Gun Charge Similar to Hunter Biden’s

(Tom Joyce, The Center Square) A Nebraska man who faced a similar federal criminal charge to Hunter Biden was handed a two-year prison sentence last week.

Davonte Brown, 24, of Lincoln, Nebraska, got 24 months in prison from Senior United States District Court Judge John M. Gerrard for “being an unlawful user of controlled substances who possessed a firearm,” according to a press release from the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Nebraska. He also got two years of supervised release following his prison sentence.

The sentence came after Brown pleaded guilty to the charge in June.

Brown got the sentence after posting Snapchats of himself possessing a rifle. During this time, he also unlawfully used marijuana; law enforcement found evidence that he possessed marijuana between July 2018 and May 2020.

The case is similar to what Hunter Biden, son of President Joe Biden, is currently going through. Last month, the younger Biden was indicted in a Delaware federal court on three counts tied to possessing a gun while using drugs.

Two of the counts allege that he lied on a form saying he was not an illegal drug user when he bought a Colt Cobra 38SPL revolver in October 2018. The other says he allegedly possessed a firearm while using illegal drugs, as the Center Square previously reported.

Hunter Biden is pleading not guilty to these charges despite unsuccessfully attempting to negotiate a sweetheart plea deal with prosecutors in July.

Legacy media outlets like the New York Times and NBC News have reported that incidents of people going to prison on such gun charges are rare, despite people like Brown going to prison for them.

“The federal gun charge, which makes it unlawful for a drug addict to possess a weapon, is a rarely used statute that is facing legal challenges and has recently been used as a catch-all charge against white supremacists,” NBC News wrote in June 2023.

The New York Times alleged that Hunter Biden is being held to an unfair standard because of his last name.

“When officials with the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives reviewed Hunter Biden’s gun application several years ago, they believed the case most likely would have been dropped if the target were a lesser-known person—because the gun had not been used in a crime and Mr. Biden had taken steps to get and stay sober, according to a former law enforcement official familiar with the situation,” the newspaper wrote.

After the White House was forced to acknowledge in July that a bag of cocaine had been found in the West Wing, reports subsequently confirmed that Hunter Biden had secretly taken up permanent residence.

Videos at the time showed him on a balcony appearing to do a bump of cocaine from his hand in plain sight of news cameras and other family members, with his step-mother, Jill Biden, conveying a look of consternation.

A photo from the same time also showed Hunter Biden standing on a balcony with his attorney while the attorney was smoking a bong.

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Frank Biden, the younger brother of President Joe Biden, has found himself embroiled in a controversy after explicit photos of him were found to a gay dating site, Headline USA can confirm. 

The explicit photos, which were initially discovered by the Marco Polo non-profit organization, were confirmed by Frank to be authentic. However, he denied any involvement in uploading them to the gay dating site, according to the Daily Mail.

“I’ve absolutely no comment,” Frank said when pressed about the photos. “I could care less. I haven’t even looked at it.” 

Frank is currently in a relationship with Mindy Ward, a woman, according to the Mail. He suggested that the photos were allegedly taken for Ward. 

“They must have hacked my phone,” he added. “Anything that is a revealing picture of some kind is between Mindy and me.” 

Despite the explicit nature of the photos, Frank insisted he had no idea how the photos ended up on the gay site. “I really don’t want to start my day off this way,” Frank continued. “Definitely didn’t post it anywhere.” 

The gay dating site, which bills itself as being “Powered by a love for hot men who appreciate the finer gadgets in life.” One of the most notable comments on the photo read, “Daddy take me away!” while another added, “Make me your b**ch, Daddy !”

Metadata reviewed by the Mail indicated that the photos were uploaded on May 23, 2018, a date that coincided with a time when Frank’s nephew, Hunter Biden, was taking naked photos as well. 

The Biden family has recently come under scrutiny for allegedly benefiting from their last name.  

On Sept. 28, the Wall Street Journal published an expose into how Frank leached off his brother’s name to cash in. 

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer, R-Ky., has drawn attention to over a dozen Biden family members who are believed to have benefited from these influence-peddling campaigns. 

The allegations prompted House Republicans to launch an impeachment inquiry into Biden’s potential role in the alleged illegal schemes, which include $10 million in bribes received by both President Biden and his son, Hunter.

Harvard, Columbia University Students Blame Israel for Hamas Atrocities

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) Leftist students from both Harvard University and Columbia University released their statements, in which they blamed Israel for the violence and atrocities committed by the deadly terrorist group Hamas in its attack against the Jewish state.

“We, the undersigned student organizations, hold the Israeli regime entirely responsible for all unfolding violence. Today’s events did not occur in a vacuum… The apartheid regime is the only one to blame,” the Harvard Palestine Solidarity Groups on the Situation in Palestine wrote.

As soon as the statement was discovered and published all over Twitter, people responded with outrage.

“Hamas acted with a savagery that can only be described as evil. But these students are so steeped in hate for Israel, they they are cheering on terrorists and denouncing the victims,” one Twitter user wrote.

Yael Bar tur, an Israeli woman who currently lives in the United States, also responded to the students’ statement.

“This is the final crack in my broken heart – a joint statement from @Harvard students. I could be sitting in class with these students, watching children brutally murdered, raped, kidnapped and their mutated bodies torn apart by a jeering crowd – and hear why it’s justified,” she wrote.

Princeton University professor Robert George also criticized the horrific response to the recent tragedy.

“31–yes 31–Harvard organizations have declared that the murders, rapes, kidnappings and other atrocities committed by Hamas against innocent people are in no way the fault of Hamas, but are rather entirely the fault of… Israel. Something is deeply, deeply wrong in academia,” he wrote.

Guy Benson of Fox News said that the students are “degenerates.”

“Deeply sick. Look at the groups listed. Contemptible degenerates proudly flaunting their bigotry & siding with terrorists over innocent victims,” he wrote.

Journalist Erielle Davidson called Harvard an “embarrassment.”

“Imagine being a Jewish student and sitting next to someone who describes the rape of your people and the kidnapping of your children as justified ‘resistance.’ @Harvard, you are an embarrassment,” she wrote.

After receiving a furious response from people and witnessing conservative media constantly highlighting once again that Harvard is a Marxist indoctrination center that trains its students to be the supporters of terrorists, the university released a watered-down statement to save its reputation without angering the activist students, for which they were only mocked by the people online.

Aside from the Harvard students, young activists at Columbia also released a similar statement, in which they blamed the victims.

“Students at @Columbia have signed a statement somehow even worse than the @Harvard one,” the Twitter user who posted the screenshots of the statement said.

White House Liar Claims Biden in Israel Meetings Instead of Special Counsel Interview

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) A White House propagandist has come under scrutiny for misleading the public about President Joe Biden’s activities over the weekend. 

Andrew Bates, the White House propagandist, claimed on Monday that Biden was busy “analyzing Israel” while in reality, the president was being deposed by Special Counsel Robert Hur regarding the mishandling of classified documents during his tenure as vice president. 

Responding to a Fox News tweet that suggested Biden had halted his duties on Monday, Bates took to Twitter to assert, “For those unfamiliar, a ‘lid’ is just a courtesy announcement to reporters that they should not expect public events.”  He continued, “On the contrary, he’s working to support Israel all day.”

However, media reports promptly contradicted this claims, unveiling that Biden was, in fact, facing questions from the Department of Justice’s Robert Hur. 

Another White House spokesperson described the deposition as “voluntary.” 

White House spokesman Ian Sams specifically claimed, “The voluntary interview was conducted at the White House over two days, Sunday and Monday, and concluded Monday.”

The investigation led by Hur centers around the discovery of classified documents at Biden’s residence and office after he left his role as vice president in the Obama administration.  

“This appointment underscores for the public the Department’s commitment to both independence and accountability in particularly sensitive matters, and to making decisions indisputably guided only by the facts and the law,” Garland explained in January 2023.

Comparisons have arisen with former President Donald Trump, who also faces legal scrutiny over classified documents found at his Mar-a-Lago estate. However, unlike Trump, Biden did not possess the authority to declassify documents at will. 

Inexplicably, the National Archives Administration’s lack of concern regarding the classified documents, which were discovered nearly six years after Biden’s departure from the Obama White House, has raised questions about their own mishandling of sensitive materials.

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) Joe Biden has provoked outrage after he hosted a barbecue and concert in the White House Rose Garden on Sunday, while Americans and Israelis were killed and kidnapped during Hamas terrorist attacks in Israel.

In addition to innocent Israelis who were killed and kidnapped, it was also reported that many Americans have been taken hostage, Slay News reported. It was also confirmed on Sunday that at least four Americans were killed in the Hamas terror attacks and seven Americans were reported missing in Israel.

Both Israeli Ambassador to the United States Michael Herzog and Israel’s Minister for Strategic Affairs Ron Dermer confirmed that several Americans were taken hostage in Gaza.

While that was happening, Biden hosted a barbecue at the White House, calling a lid for the day at 11:34 a.m. on Sunday.

It was revealed by a White House pool report that Biden was entertaining his “Executive Residence Staff and their families” in the Rose Garden on Sunday afternoon.

“The President and First Lady are hosting a BBQ for White House Executive Residence Staff and their families,” the White House said.

People on Twitter responded to that with outrage.

“This is f***ing infuriating. Americans are dead and being held hostage. Biden went to a BBQ and Blinken is begging Turkey to tell Israel to stand down. I’ve never seen anything like this. Ever,” a political commentator Stephen L. Miller wrote.

Political strategist Joey Mannarino also responded to Biden’s action.

“At least FOUR Americans are presumed dead in Israel and Joe Biden is too busy having a BBQ party at the White House to care. This guy is truly sick,” he wrote.

Political consultant Steve Guest reminded people that “history repeats itself.”

“As the expression goes, Nero fiddled while Rome burned. Joe Biden is LITERALLY attending a BBQ and listening to a live band play while Israel burns due to Hamas terrorist attacks. History repeating itself,” he wrote.

Libs of TikTok also had something to say about Biden’s actions.

“While Americans are currently being held hostage by Hamas terrorists, Biden decided to spend his evening throwing a party at the White House. Absolutely despicable,” Chaya Raichik, the woman behind the account, wrote.

Twitter personality Amiri King also provided his feedback.
