Trump Unleashes on Jack Smith after Gag Order Temporarily Suspended

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) Donald Trump criticized special counsel Jack Smith on his social media platform, Truth Social, days after a federal Barack Obama-appointed judge temporarily lifted a gag order.

Last week, U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan granted Trump a temporary hold on her previous ruling in another of the witch hunts on him — also known as the 2020 election conspiracy case — while Trump’s legal team is appealing the order, arguing that it is unconstitutional, according to the Epoch Times.

Meanwhile, Trump criticized Smith on Truth Social as being “deranged” and said his team “leak[ed]” a story to the New York Times about an Australian businessman, Anthony Pratt, claiming that Trump told classified secrets to him — the reports that Trump denied.

“With this in mind, there is NO WAY I can get a fair trial on a Biden, Election Interference Indictment, in [Washington D.C.]. Obviously, at the appropriate time, if this ridiculous case should be allowed to proceed forward, which is, according to legal scholars, very doubtful, I will be making a demand for a Venue Change!” Trump also wrote on his social media platform.

Chutkan ordered Trump earlier this month to not make any posts or statements regarding possible witnesses, Mr. Smith, his family or court staff, although Trump can make general statements about the Department of Justice and D.C. itself.

Trump’s social media posts could incite violence or contaminate the jury pool, prosecutors said, while Trump’s attorneys argued that such an order would violate his right to free speech — especially considering that he is the leading candidate for the 2024 presidential election.

“President Trump is the forty-fifth President of the United States and the leading candidate in the upcoming Presidential Election. He has dominating leads in the race for the Republican nomination, and he leads President Biden,” Trump’s defense attorneys wrote.

Chutkan, however, rejected Trump’s arguments regarding the election, saying that “no other criminal defendant would be allowed to do so, and I’m not going to allow it in this case.” Without elaborating, she also added that she would impose sanctions if the partial gag order is violated.

“Nothing like this has ever happened in our Country before,” Trump said earlier this month about the order, criticizing Chutkan as a “highly partisan” judge who was appointed in 2014 by Obama.

Wisc. Judge Bought by Dems Is Accused of Campaign Finance Fraud

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Janet Protasiewicz found herself at the center of a maelstrom of controversy as accusations of campaign finance fraud surfaced.

A watchdog group, Election Watch, formally called for a state investigation into the suspicious flow of a staggering $23 million in contributions to Protasiewicz’s campaign earlier this year.

According to Peter Bernegger, a data analyst for the watchdog, the probe is needed due to the disturbing findings of high number of repetitive small contributions from the same donors, totaling $6 million.

As reported by the Epoch Times, the complaint alleged that a substantial 234 contributors made the same donation approximately 10 times. This practice is referred to as “smurfing,” which entails the breaking of large transactions into smaller ones in a bid to hide potential illegalities. In total, she received 38,169 contributions

Among the alleged irregularities, a disabled Wisconsin voter, identified only as Mike K., was found to have reportedly made a staggering 6,812 donations. According to the Federal Election Commission, his alleged donations amounted to $97,021.

Denying any involvement in such significant contributions, Mike K. emphasized his financial limitations, stating, “Look where I am living!” as he drew attention to his modest residence.

“He stated he donates $5 at times but could never afford to donate over $90,000 in the last seven years,” the complaint said, according to the Epoch Times.

Similarly, an elderly donor named Carol D. vehemently denied making over 9,000 donations totaling $53,361. However, she declared that no such donations occurred.

“Upon speaking with the subject regarding her political donation history, she denied making 9,463 political donations as well as $53,361 in donations,” the complaint added.

“She stated that her husband allows her to make several political donations, but nowhere near $53,361. She also stated that she makes only several donations of $800 to $1,000 per year in a lead up to a big election, such as a presidential election,” it noted.

Moreover, the Election Watch report revealed that at least six donors exceeded Wisconsin’s legal limit of $20,000 for individual campaign contributions.

The accusations against Protasiewicz come in the wake of growing criticism of her partisan decisions from the bench. Her refusal to recuse from a gerrymandering case — which she previously denounced as “rigged” — has sparked impeachment threats.

She did not respond to the allegations brought forth by Election Watch. According to the Epoch Times, if the Wisconsin Ethics Commission finds wrongdoing, her campaign could be mandated to return excess donations or place the money into a public fund.

Brooklyn Man Smirks After Being Confronted for Tearing Down Posters of Kidnapped Israeli Children

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) Another example of anti-Semitism in New York City was uncovered when a man in Brooklyn laughed in the face of a Jewish woman who confronted him and a woman who was with him for ripping down posters of American Jewish children who were kidnapped by Hamas.

A video of the incident showed a Jewish woman approaching them as they stand in Brooklyn Bridge Park in Dumbo, holding the torn-up posters in their hands, according to the Daily Mail.

“This is mine, I paid money for this, and you’re not gonna f***ing do this!” the Jewish woman shouted in the Brooklyn accent.

Meanwhile, a man in a blue shirt stood beside the ripped poster, smirking and looking at the woman.

“I’m a citizen here and this is American citizens!” she screamed.

The woman in the burgundy jacket who was also tearing down the posters of kidnapped Jewish children tried responding to the woman but, in the end, never said anything.

“You f***ing got it? You are not going to do it! Get the f*** out of here! This is American citizens! They’re kidnapped! You f***ing b**ch!” the Jewish woman shouted.

In response, the man stepped toward her and, while still grinning, held his hand up to block the camera to stop the woman from filming them.

“Get the f*** out of here!” the woman screamed.

The couple then began walking away with the woman still following them and shouting.

It wasn’t the only time when the anti-Semitic acts in the Big Apple happened before. Another latest incident happened on the Upper East Side when a man sparked outrage by also pulling down pro-Israel posters and asking “Where are the Palestinians?”

A man in a tan jacket was confronted by a group of people on an Upper East Side crosswalk.

“Where are the Palestinians?” the man asked with a heavy French accent.

People who were filming the incident asked him how is it related to Israeli hostages. Instead of responding, the man continued asking his question.

In addition to these two incidents, on Oct. 17, 2023, two young female New York University students were caught tearing down posters of hundreds of hostages taken by Hamas at their university’s Tisch Hall and running away with them in their arms.

Hamas Shifts Blames to Palestinians for Slaughtering Israeli Civilians

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) The Hamas terror group attempted to deflect responsibility for the inhumane atrocities that unfolded in southern Israel, with a staggering death toll of 1,400 individuals and the abduction of approximately 200 others, including American citizens.

The group, in an interview with the New York Times, blamed frenzied Palestinian civilians rather than its own armed militants for the heinous terrorist attack, despite video footage showing otherwise.

Khalil al-Hayya, a member of the Hamas Politburo stationed in Qatar, claimed that the Qassam Brigades, Hamas’s armed wing, were restricted from harming civilians. However, these orders were reportedly thwarted as a mob of Gazans surged into Israeli hometowns, unleashing a wave of inhumane acts against defenseless Israeli civilians.

“Our issue is with the soldiers, the military people,” al-Hayya asserted, seeking to distance Hamas from the trail of devastation left in the wake of the attack. However, countless video footage contradicts his claims, as Hamas militants paraded hostages through the Gaza Strip.

Despite this, al-Hayya exonerated the armed militants, claiming it was other armed groups who perpetrated the brutal massacre and forcibly transported numerous civilians back to Gaza through the ruptured border fence.

In a potential sign of desperation, Hamas has recently released some hostages following intervention from the Qatari government, where several Hamas political leaders are currently based.

Among those freed were U.S. citizens Judith Raanan and her 17-year-old daughter, Natalie. The releases coincided with the U.S. and Israeli announcement of $100 million in humanitarian aid for Palestinians residing in Gaza.

In a separate development, two elderly women, Nurit Cooper, 79, and Yocheved Lifshitz, 85, who were taken hostage alongside their husbands, have been released by Hamas and subsequently transferred to an Israeli hospital, the Times reported on Monday.

Hamas pledged, however, that Israeli soldiers, many of whom are women, will not be released until Palestinian prisoners held in Israeli jails are also freed.

DC’s Muriel Bowser Is Latest Democrat Mayor to Flip-Flop on Woke Policies

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser has announced a dramatic policy shift, backing proposed legislation that would reverse certain measures enacted during the height of the Black Lives Matter protests in 2020.

According to Fox News on Monday, this move comes amidst a surge in criminal activities within the nation’s capital.

“This legislation reflects what our community is telling us: they want appropriate accountability for those who choose to commit crimes and inflict fear in our neighborhoods,” Bowser said in a statement on Monday.

The newly proposed bill, referred to as the Addressing Crime Trends (ACT), aims to provide clarity on the distinction between the use of force and incidental contact with the neck. In addition, the bill would enable law enforcement officers to review body camera footage before composing police reports and would outline the information to be disclosed to the public in the case of disciplinary actions, the news outlet reported.

During a speech delivered from D.C., Mayor Bowser affirmed the motivations behind the shift.

“MPD continues to be a leader in fair and constitutional policing across this nation. They continue to work every day to have and keep the trust of our city. And this legislation won’t change that. It will, however, support the department in dealing with some of the negative consequences of the Comprehensive Police Adjustment and Injustice Amendment Act,” Bowser stated.

“Some of the changes that were made just don’t match the daily practice of safe and effective policing,” she further explained. “And whether that’s around incidental contact you can make with a person, or how officers can use their body worn camera footage to write reports or whether police are allowed to safely chase a criminal who’s right in front of them[.]”

Critics highlighted Bowser’s previous vocal support for the “Black Lives Matter” movement and her ties to the contentious defunding of the police. In protest to then-President Donald Trump, she infamously pained an entire D.C. street with “Black Lives Matter.”

However, Fox News reported a swift change in Bowser’s stance on the movement ahead of her re-election campaign. The D.C. mayor’s policy reversal aligns her with a growing number of Democratic politicians who have notably shifted away from leftist stances in recent years.

New York City Mayor Eric Adams and New York Gov. Kathy Hochul, both Democrats, are among these notable conversions as they are now calling for tougher border control.

Similarly, in San Francisco, Mayor London Breed announced stringent drug-testing requirements for county-funded welfare recipients, while Dallas Mayor Eric Johnson made headlines after changing his party registration from Democrat to Republican, citing concerns over a contentious tax hike in the city.

NYT Issues Apology for Promoting Hamas Hospital Hoax

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) The leftist New York Times issued an apology on Monday for endorsing a Hamas-driven narrative that falsely accused Israel of bombing a Palestinian hospital, resulting in the alleged deaths of more than “500” individuals—there was and still is little evidence to back Hamas’s claims.

Initially, the Times, alongside several other mainstream media outlets, disturbingly accepted Hamas’s version of events following the emergence of a video that seemed to depict a rocket landing in the Gaza Strip.

Bold headlines like, “Israeli Strike Kills Hundreds in Hospital, Palestinians Say,” dominated early coverage despite the lack of evidence to back the claim.

In an editor’s note published on Monday, the Times acknowledged its missteps. “The Times’s initial accounts attributed the claim of Israeli responsibility to Palestinian officials, and noted that the Israeli military said it was investigating the blast,” the note stated.

“However, the early versions of the coverage — and the prominence it received in a headline, news alert and social media channels — relied too heavily on claims by Hamas, and did not make clear that those claims could not immediately be verified,” the Times added.

Subsequent investigations into the incident immediately revealed significant disparities from the original allegations.

Contrary to Times’s reports, the bomb did not hit the hospital building itself but instead struck the parking lot, causing minimal damage, according to photo evidence. It was later reported that the rocket was launched by the Palestinian Islamist Jihad, and the reported death toll of nearly 500 was allegedly grossly exaggerated.

Both the Israeli government and U.S. intelligence agencies, backed by statements from President Joe Biden, corroborated that the rocket was launched from within Gaza.

In response to mounting criticism, Hamas officials repeatedly refused to provide concrete evidence and instead removed any remaining traces of the rocket. “The missile has dissolved like salt in the water,” asserted Hamas official Ghazi Hamad in an interview with the Times. “It’s vaporized. Nothing is left.”

Salama Maroof took a more defiant tone, refusing to provide evidence. “Who says we’re obligated to present the remnants of every rocket that kills our people?” the spokesperson claimed. “In general, you can come and research and confirm for yourself from the evidence we possess.”

Pro-Israel Conservatives Balk after Bombing Damages Ancient Christian Church

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) Last Thursday, an Israeli airstrike severely damaged the oldest Christian church in Gaza, killing at least 16 Palestinian Christians in the process.

According to former Republican congressman Justin Amash, some of his relatives were killed in the attack.

“Several of my relatives (including Viola and Yara pictured here) were killed at Saint Porphyrius Orthodox Church in Gaza, where they had been sheltering, when part of the complex was destroyed as the result of an Israeli airstrike,” Amash said on Twitter.

Later, Amash posted a picture on Monday of his infant second cousin who was killed.

“This beautiful baby committed no crimes, harmed no person,” said Amash, who is Palestinian-American. “May his memory be eternal.”

According to reports, the air strike hit a church-run social services building adjacent to the main part of the 1,600-year-old church.

Thankfully for Christians, the main ancient structure remains standing. But its annex, including office and meeting spaces for Christians, were destroyed.

Israel Defense Forces has called the bombing an accident, and has promised an investigation. The IDF reportedly said it was striking a military command center, and part of the church was damaged in the process.

However, conservatives are nevertheless venting their anger at the apparent lack of care by the IDF to limit civilian casualties.

“Frankly, it’s wrong that there was substantially more outrage when Gaza’s own militants shot their own rocket at their own hospital parking lot, than when Christians died sheltering in the oldest church in Gaza,” said pro-Israel conservative commentator Charlie Kirk.

“I’ve been disappointed by Israel’s response. What intelligence was Israel responding to; what target were they going after that justified putting a historic church in danger?” he said, adding, “Christians around the world are Israel’s number 1 ally, and if a Christian church was targeted we need to know exactly why and how.”

Pence Refuses to Drop Out, Despite Not Qualifying for 3rd Debate

(Headline USA) Former Vice President Mike Pence refused to say whether he’d drop out of the 2024 presidential race, despite his campaign’s dwindling finances and his failure thus far to qualify for the third GOP debate.

“We’re working really hard to qualify for the debate,” Pence told MSNBC’s Meet the Press.

He claimed that there were many donors visiting his website to assist him in making the contributions needed to qualify for the debate, which is set to be hosted by NBC News in Miami on Nov. 8.

“I will tell you, I don’t have the most money in this campaign, but I do have the most experience,” he said.

The Republican National Committee’s requirements for the next debate include two polls that show at least 4% support and 70,000 individual contributions, with at least 200 contributions coming from 20 different states.

“We stepped forward out of the sense of duty, and it’s—it’s carrying that message, bringing that experience forward that gives us great confidence,” Pence said. “So, we’re going to continue to drive forward to this campaign and continue to marshal the support of people all across the country.”

A report last week revealed that Pence’s 2024 campaign is drowning in more than $600,000 of debt with only $1.2 million in cash reserves.

Pence even injected $150,000 of his personal funds into the campaign last quarter, according to Politico.

“That debt number is gonna be impossible to pay back,” an anonymous Pence ally said. “When he drops out he’s going to have to do debt-retirement fundraisers.”

Former Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker, who ran for the presidency in 2016, said it’s only a matter of time before Pence drops out.

“For Pence and many of the others, you gotta start looking and saying, ‘I’m not going to go into substantial debt if I don’t see a pathway forward,’” he said.

Former President Donald Trump, meanwhile, is leading every one of his rivals by at least 40 points in national polls and ended September with $37.5 million on hand.

Bernie Sanders Funneled at Least $275K from Campaign into Wife’s Defunct Nonprofit

(Headline USA) Newly released financial records showed that Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., funneled another $75,000 from his campaign funds into his wife’s and stepson’s nonprofit organization, on top of a previously revealed $200,000.

Fox News reported that Sanders has been using money from his political campaign to fund the Sanders Institute, despite the fact that the thinktank has been dormant for the past several years.

Its website consists mostly of links to articles on other outlets, and its latest publicly available tax forms from 2021 show that 40% of its contributions went to salaries.

The Sanders Institute was established six years ago by Sanders’s wife, Jane O’Meara Sanders, and his stepson, David Driscoll, who was reported to be earning a six-figure salary from the thinktank.

Sanders’s wife was both not only the co-founder but also one of its most recent fellowship grantees, in addition to doling out fellowships to radical left-wing lawmakers like Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., and Pramila Jayapal, D-Wash.

The institute’s mission was to “revitalize democracy by actively engaging individuals, organizations and the media in the pursuit of progressive solutions to economic, environmental, racial and social justice issues,” according to its website.

However, it reportedly shut down in 2019, the Associated Press reported, while facing criticism even then that it had “blurred the lines between family, fundraising and campaigning.”

Although the Sanders Institute has barely pursued or advocated for progressive policies since its launch, filings from the Federal Election Commission show that Sanders sent another check to the organization on Aug. 8, on top of the $200,000 his campaign sent to the nonprofit earlier this year.

“The facts present in this case and the family ties involved certainly raise legitimate concern,” Kendra Arnold, executive director of the Foundation for Accountability and Civic Trust, told Fox News. “Obviously, a senator is not allowed to use his campaign to simply transfer large sums of money to family members—regardless of the route the dollars take.”

Arnold argued Sanders’s contributions to the thinktank could be a “serious campaign finance violation” if the institute cannot prove what it did to earn the money.

“In other words, if the nonprofit and its executive director are truly producing work and actually earning the money, it is not illegal, but it is frowned upon,” she said. “On the other hand, if nothing or very little is being done to earn the money legitimately, then it is highly likely a serious campaign finance violation has taken place.”

As part of his 2020 book Profiles in Corruption investigative journalist Peter Schweizer detailed several other shady financial schemes that the Sanders family had undertaken, which began very quickly from the time he first entered into politics.

When he first became the mayor of Burlington, Vt., in 1988, for instance, he appointed his wife to several influential positions and offered her a big pay raise—over the objections of the city council.

“Bernie ignored them, and that began this pattern of sort of steering money—taxpayer money and campaign money—to his family,” Schweizer said in a February 2020 interview promoting the book on Fox News.

Study Confirms ‘Cardiotoxic’ Effects, Abnormalities from mRNA Vaccines

(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) New research has confirmed what has long been a suspected side effect of mRNA vaccines like the Pfizer and Moderna jabs.

Namely, researchers found that the vaccines produce “spike proteins” in heart cells within 48 hours of vaccination, the Epoch Times reported.

The study, conducted in Germany, suggests that the spike proteins previously alleged to result from potentially deadly mRNA vaccines do, in fact, begin to form in the heart a mere two days after vaccination.

The study was reviewed by noted COVID vaccine skeptic Peter McCullough—a leading internist, cardiologist and epidemiologist, who has published over 1,000 research reports.

According to McCullough, the findings of the study may help explain the cardiac symptoms that appear to frequently result from vaccination.

The findings support both the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac events following mRNA-based COVID vaccination,” the authors wrote.

One of the most frequent symptoms has been myocarditis, an inflammation of the heart muscle, which the mainstream medical industry has attempted to portray as a common childhood illness, despite its having little prevalence until 2021.

Nonetheless, the research suggests that, rather than mycarditis, cardiomyopathy may be a condition more likely to result from the deadly jabs.

According to the report, cardiomyopathy causes heart muscles to becomes “structurally and functionally abnormal,” even outside of the presence of other heart diseases, whereas myocarditis damages the tissue.

“Myocarditis will present with a dilated heart and patients having trouble breathing and heart failure,” McCullough said.

“What we’re seeing with vaccines is not heart failure,” he added. “It’s actually cardiac arrest, which is primarily an electrical [signaling] problem.”

Whatever the specific and immediate cause of the various deaths, the federal government has gone out of its way to conceal what may be deaths caused as a result of the mRNA jabs, which the Biden administration, at one time, made mandatory for many segments of the population in order to remain employed.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, for instance, failed to report data on heart failure recorded in patients who had recently received vaccines.
