New Disturbing Video Shows U.S. Citizen Moments After Hamas Blew His Arm

WARNING: THIS ARTICLE FEATURES GRAPHIC FOOTAGE THAT SOME READERS MAY FIND UPSETTING.

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) CNN released a harrowing video of American Israeli Hersh Goldberg-Polin in a perplexed state of shock shortly after Hamas terrorists allegedly blew off his arm with a grenade.

The video, though blurred due to its graphic content, shows Hersh being aided into a van, with the bone of his left limb visibly exposed, as he was transported to the Gaza Strip.

The 23-year-old had been attending a trance music festival in the southern region of Israel when the attack occurred, resulting in over 1,400 casualties.

Anderson Cooper, the CNN host, recounted his experience of viewing the distressing video during an interview with Rachel Goldberg and Jon Polin, the parents of the injured American. The parents confirmed the identity of the blood-soaked individual as their son.

“As horrible as it is as a parent to your kid under gunpoint, with one arm … the composure with which he’s walking on his own legs, pulling himself with his one weak hand onto the truck, gave me a real dose of strength,” Polin told Cooper.

Goldberg also highlighted her son’s demeanor, suggesting that his calmness might have been due to shock.

In a recent public appearance, Goldberg emphasized her determination to find her son, asserting, “I personally feel like we have to keep running to the end of the Earth to save him and we have to try to go believing that somehow he got treatment and … he’s alive and he’s there.”

As reported by the New York Post, the distraught parents were seen at the United Nations headquarters in Manhattan, seeking support and action for their son’s safe return.

Earlier this month, Goldberg appealed to the U.S. authorities for assistance in locating her son. “Unfortunately, what we heard about Hersh [from eyewitnesses] is that his arm was blown off from his elbow down,” she said at the time. “He tourniqueted his own arm.”

She also shared the last messages they received from him, revealing the heartbreaking content.

“There were two texts in a row from Hersh at 8:11. The first one said, ‘I love you.’… also, it said, ‘I’m sorry’. And so I knew immediately, wherever he was, it was a terrible situation,” the mother added. “I took it to mean I love you and I’m sorry because whatever is going to happen is going to cause you tremendous pain and worry.”

Obama Ridiculed for Pro-Palestinian Statement: ‘Don’t Bother’

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Former President Barack Obama faced a barrage of criticism following the publication of a lengthy statement expressing support for Palestinians.

In the Tuesday remarks, the former Democratic president seemed to condemn the actions of Israeli forces, suggesting that they were not adequately safeguarding the lives of civilians in the Gaza Strip.

“[A]ny Israeli military strategy that ignores the human costs could ultimately backfire. Already, thousands of Palestinians have been killed in the bombing of Gaza, many of them children. Hundreds of thousands have been forced from their homes,” Obama claimed of Israel’s response to Hamas’s terrorist attack on Oct. 7.

“It’s therefore important that those of us supporting Israel in its time of need encourage a strategy that can incapacitate Hamas while minimizing further civilian casualties,” he added.

The statement quickly sparked ignited fiery criticism from various individuals on Twitter.

Jeff Jacoby, a columnist for the Boston Globe, did not mince his words in reaction to Obama’s statement. “Oh, look, the guy who told the world that ISIS was a trivial ‘J.V. team,’ who did nothing when Syria crossed his ‘red line’ and gassed children, who assured Putin he would be ‘flexible’ and let him seize Crimea, and who lavished Iran with money has thoughts on the Middle East,” he said on Twitter.

Actor James Woods expressed similar sentiments, stating, “Don’t bother. We already know where you stand. Or rather kneel.”

Liberal journalist Sarah Ouraxo also joined the chorus of disapproval, criticizing Obama’s record. “The man who backed two Israeli genocides in Gaza; bombed Libya back to the Stone Age; and armed and funded Al-Qaeda in Syria, wants to lecture us about international law,” she remarked.

Collin Rugg, co-founder of Trending Politics, highlighted Obama’s own use of force as president, stating, “That’s rich coming from someone who dropped over 26,000 bombs in a single year.”

Fox News guest Tom Lahren raised concerns about anti-Semitism, pointing out the chants and the election of Hamas in Gaza.

“So Obama wants Israel to take a step back so Palestinians aren’t “hardened” for generations,” she said. “Newsflash BO: they are born chanting “death to Jews and death to America.” They also ELECTED Hamas to represent them. They are already ‘hardened.’”

Jenna Ellis Accused of Defrauding Supporters of $200K after Pleading Guilty

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Former Trump attorney Jenna Ellis faced backlash after being accused of defrauding her own supporters, having pleaded guilty in the contentious election case in Fulton County.

Despite avoiding a lengthy and costly legal battle, her plea deal ignited widespread criticism, with many supporters demanding she return the money she fundraised for the trial.

“I TOLD YOU NOT TO DONATE TO THIS DISLOYAL WENCH,” political activist Laura Loomer said on Tuesday in a fiery Twitter post. “Today she accepted a plea deal, which will only require her to pay a $5,000 fine and get probation for 5 years. She didn’t even attempt to fight the charges. … $216,000!!!! WHAT A SCAM!!!  You should feel ashamed of yourself if you donated to her.”

The legal turmoil originated when Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis pressed charges against Ellis, former President Trump, and several others, alleging violations of Georgia’s electoral laws.

Despite her ties to the Trump campaign, Ellis had distanced herself from the former president and went as far as endorsing Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis for president. This perceived betrayal led to her exclusion from a legal PAC provided by Trump’s defense team and donors.

In a bid to combat the charges, Ellis swiftly launched a fundraiser on Twitter, rallying support from Republicans who perceived the case as politically motivated. However, the plea deal only required Ellis to pay a mere $5,000, leaving behind a substantial sum of $216,000 from the fundraising efforts.

Critics were quick to voice their disappointment, taking to social media to express their concerns. “You need to give back the 216k. Every red cent!” one user said, while another added, “Are you returning the 200k? What would Jesus do?”

While criticism mounted, some political commentators spared Ellis of criticism. Conservative lawyer Will Chamberlain defended Ellis on Twitter.

“People who are criticizing Jenna Ellis for how she deployed her legal defense fund are missing the point completely,” he said. “She used the funds to hire competent lawyers who negotiated a no-jail plea agreement when she was facing RICO charges with a 5-year mandatory minimum.”

Similarly, commentator Mike Cernovich came to Ellis’s defense, saying that Ellis was framed for a crime. “I got nothing bad to say about her decision making and may God have mercy on people having a laugh at this,” he declared. “We are only in the early wave of this stuff. It’s going to get worse, much worse.”

In exchange for the plea deal, Ellis is required not to publicly speak on the case until all trials are completed and is likely expected to assist prosecutors in their charges against Trump.

Radical Leftist Hate Group Seeks UN Intervention to Block Supreme Court Ruling

(Molly Bruns, Headline USA) As radical leftists seek to transform America into a Marxist government, they have been unable to do so democratically through failed federal voting overhauls like the controversial HR1 bill in 2021, which Democrats hoped to use to codify controversial changes brought about during the pandemic.

Now, they are seeking outside help from globalist entities as part of an effort to wage an end-run around the U.S. Constitution and its governing bodies.

The Southern Poverty Law Center approved and sent a delegation to Switzerland to seek intercession from the United Nations Human Rights Committee on a Supreme Court case.

The delegation spoke before the UNHRC in a review of the United States’s acquiescence to the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.

“While our nation has championed some of the most significant international human rights treaties and agreements, it has thwarted the application of such agreements on its own soil in many ways, including by failing to give its treaty obligations the force of domestic law,” wrote SPLC President and CEO Margaret Huang.

The ICCPR is a 1966 treaty put in place by the United Nations General Assembly. According to 1819 News, the treaty currently has 173 parties—including the United States—all of which are subject to compliance reviews.

The SPLC requested UN intervention in the Supreme Court’s 2013 Shelby County v. Holder ruling, which deemed parts of the Voting Rights Act of 1965 to be unconstitutional for the national government to mandate federal pre-clearance before changing state-level voting laws.

Letetia Jackson, a plaintiff in a recent Alabama redistricting case, claimed that Shelby v. Holder was responsible for the current “draconian anti-abortion laws.”

The SPLC delegation—comprising Huang, victims of racial hate crimes, former prisoners and an activist plaintiff from a recent Alabama redistricting case—claimed to present “overwhelming evidence of the United States’s failure to safeguard the human rights of its most vulnerable residents.”

In response to this alleged lack of care, the SPLC requested a “national human rights institution” be placed in the United States to ensure a watchful eye over the U.S. government.

The delegation also recommended ending torture and solitary confinement in prisons, boosting government funding for “inclusive education,” and keeping social-media platforms from “spreading extremism.”

That effort comes in spite of another pending Supreme Court case, Missouri v. Biden, in which the high court is likely to rule that the Biden administration violated the Constitution by leaning on social-media companies to censor users during the pandemic and other events.

International delegates from Poland proposed similar policies just a few weeks ago, claiming that the government should “prevent radicalization” by “inoculating youth” in government-funded schools and programming.

Federal U.S. officials took the opportunity to defend themselves on Tuesday and instead apologized for the overturn of Roe v. Wade and promised to pressure Congress into passing a law restricting states from passing pro-life laws.

Snowflake Staffers Angry that Fetterman Ignored their Pro-Hamas Posturing

(Molly Bruns, Headline USA) Hamas supporters were seething after Sen. John Fetterman, D-Pa., appeared to dismiss the demands of an anonymous letter from congressional staffers urging the promotion of a ceasefire in Gaza, the Washington Examiner reported.

Adam Jentleson, Fetterman’s chief of staff, sent an email to his team after the publishing of the letter to remind members of his staff, that they were prohibited from making public statements on policy issues—particularly on social media.

“As staffers, it is important for us to remember that while we all feel passionately about a lot of issues, we are here to serve John and the people of Pennsylvania,” Jentleson said in the memo.

“As the saying goes, our names are not on the door,” he added. “In this line of work, it is great to find a member who aligns with your values, however it is rare if not impossible to find one that aligns 100%.”

Jentleson recommended that the staff take the time to try and inform their boss’s point of view if they disagreed with him.

Though not stated explicitly, it is generally frowned upon for members of staff to make public statements directly against the office they are employed under.

Capitol Hill operates this way as a whole, especially as many lawmakers would prefer not to hire employees who speak against them.

Although an anonymous public statement like the one the published last week, which purported to be from hundreds of Jewish and Muslim staffers, is rare if not unprecedented, it appears the lack of response has left some of the Democrat staffers in a tizzy.

With the exception of a few radical lawmakers in each chamber, most Democrats have publicly expressed support for Israel’s right to defend itself, backing the official position of the Biden administration toward America’s longstanding ally after Hamas’s Oct. 7 massacre left some 1,300 innocent Israelis dead.

“Now is not the time to talk about a ceasefire,” Fetterman posted on Twitter. “We must support Israel in efforts to eliminate the Hamas terrorists who slaughtered innocent men, women, and children.”

Trump Delivers Fatal Blow to ‘Globalist’ Speaker Wanna-Be Tom Emmer

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Former President Donald Trump launched a scorching attack on House Majority Whip Tom Emmer, effectively dashing the hopes of the Minnesota lawmaker to ascend to the role of House speaker.

In a scathing statement posted on Truth Social on Tuesday, Trump denounced Emmer as a “Globalist RINO,” forcing Emmer to withdraw his nomination for House speaker. Trump warned that an Emmer speakership would have been a “mistake.”

“[Emmer] never respected the Power of a Trump Endorsement or the breadth and scope of MAGA—MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!” Trump’s statement read, likely alluding to Emmer’s suggestions for some Republicans to distance themself from Trump amidst the 2022 midterm election

“The Republican Party cannot take that chance, because that’s not where the America First Voters are. Voting for a Globalist RINO like Tom Emmer would be a tragic mistake!” Trump further asserted.

Amidst Emmer’s bid for the speakership, questions arose regarding his allegiance to the America First movement led by Trump.

In an attempt to align himself with the former president, Emmer’s office claimed the lawmaker worked closely with Trump.

“As NRCC Chair, Whip Emmer worked hand in hand with President Trump to help House Republicans fire Nancy Pelosi and retake the majority,” his spokesperson told Politico on Oct. 20. “If he becomes Speaker, Whip Emmer looks forward to continuing that productive relationship.”

However, Trump remained unconvinced, highlighting what he described as a detachment from GOP voters.

“He is totally out-of-touch with Republican Voters,” Trump said of Emmer. “I believe he has now learned his lesson, because he is saying that he is Pro-Trump all the way, but who can ever be sure? Has he only changed because that’s what it takes to win?”

Emmer’s withdrawal marked the latest setback in the House Republicans’ search for a new speaker, following the failed bids of House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, and House Majority Leader Steve Scalise, R-La.

The new contenders for House speaker are Vice Chair of the House Republican Conference Mike Johnson, R-La.; House Homeland Security Committee Chairman Mark E. Green, R-Tenn.; Small Business Committee Chairman Roger Williams, R-Texas.

Reps. Byron Donalds, R-Fla., and Chuck Fleischmann, R-Tenn., are also seeking the nomination.

Book: Trump Wanted to Prank-Call Chris Cuomo During Brother’s White House Visit

(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) While in office, former president Donald Trump wanted to prank call then-CNN anchor Chris Cuomo while with his brother, then-New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, Page Six reported.

The report comes from What’s Left Unsaid: My Life at the Center of Power, Politics & Crisis, a memoir penned by Andrew Cuomo’s former top aide Melissa DeRosa.

According to DeRosa, Trump wanted to “punk” Chris with Andrew’s help during the midst of the COVID-19 lockdowns, when Gov. Cuomo went to the White House seeking aid from the federal government.

“What’s Chris’ number?” Trump, 77, allegedly requested of the elder Cuomo brother while picking up the phone in the Oval Office before a dinner.

Cuomo’s phone had reportedly been taken for security purposes upon his entry into the White House.

Seeing that the governor was confused, Trump then reportedly proceeded to say: “Your brother. What’s his number? It would be hilarious if we prank-called him right now.”

The elder Cuomo reportedly tried to pass it off, claiming that Chris “is busy right now.”

“Oh, come on, it would be so funny!” Trump allegedly continued, despite Andrew’s lack of interest.

Finally relenting, the former President concluded by saying, “OK, fine. But, it would have been fun.”

DeRosa, however, seemed to oppose fun in her memoir, calling the exchange “an out-of-body experience.”

Since that day, however, all three men have been ousted from the positions they held at the time.

Andrew Cuomo was forced to resign as New York’s governor in the midst of a sexual harassment scandal that coincided with a scandal surrounding the underreporting of deaths in nursing homes due to his COVID policies.

DeRosa played a central role in exposing the latter scandal, although she also tried to assist Cuomo in concealing the harassment allegations brought by nearly a dozen women. She resigned from her position after a report revealed she sought to retaliated against one accuser, former economic development adviser, Lindsey Boylan.

Chris Cuomo, allegedly attempted to advise Andrew on how to minimize the scandal. Although CNN seemed to have few qualms with the conflict of interests that he faced when his brother was the state’s top official, the stain from the scandal helped bring him down as well, while at the same time, Chris faced a sexual assault allegation of his own.

The combination of factors eventually led CNN to suspend—and later fire—their prime-time star after network president Jeffrey Zucker also became ensnared in the sex scandal.

Lastly, of course, Trump was ousted from the White House after he was defeated by President Joe Biden in a scandal- and fraud-ridden 2020 election cycle. As a result of his efforts to challenge the disputed outcome, he now faces 91 felony charges.

Jeffrey Epstein Victim Objects to Lawsuit Settlement over Lawyer’s Ties to Bill Clinton

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) A victim of deceased multimillionaire Jeffrey Epstein’s alleged sex-trafficking ring has objected to the proposed $290 million settlement with JPMorgan Chase on the grounds that one of the plaintiffs’ attorneys also once represented former President and Epstein associate Bill Clinton, as well as Harvey Weinstein.

The victim, Sarah Ransome, also objected because of her relationship with former JP Morgan executive Adam Castellani, who allegedly “coerced and groomed” her into refraining to pursue charges against Epstein some 15 years ago.

Separately, attorneys general of 16 states and Washington, D.C., have reportedly complained in a letter to the court about settlement language that prevents “any sovereign or government” from seeking damages arising from sex trafficking by Epstein and the late financier’s associates.

A federal judge ordered on Monday for those attorneys general to file their complaints formally with the court.

As far as Ransome’s objection goes, she expressed her disappointment in the settlement, which prevented her from testifying in a trial that would have been taking place this week.

“JP Morgan is well aware that I was eager to testify about Adam Castellani and his role in Epstein trafficking me at the previously upcoming trial on 23 October,” she said in an affidavit.

Ransome further outlined the conflicts of interest between the plaintiffs’ lawyers and the victims. She first filed a complaint about this with the U.S. Bar Association last year, but said nothing happened as a result.

“I am also objecting to the involvement of class counsel David Boies, who has maintained a cozy relationship with Bill Clinton, a well-known associate of Jeffrey Epstein (as well as Harvey Weinstein),” she said.

According to Ransome, Boies represents another victim, Juliette Bryant, who was “trafficked with the aid of Bill Clinton.”

“It concerns me that all these powerful men remain strangely connected,” she said.

“It has also come to my attention that Simone Lelchuk, the administrator that the class attorneys and the defendants chose, also has multiple conflicts of interest; she recently served as an ‘independent’ Claims Examiner to allocate funds to compensate the sex-abuse victims of Harvey Weinstein,” she added.

“Simone must be removed and investigated immediately.”

A hearing is scheduled for Nov. 9, when the presiding judge will decide whether to approve the settlement.

WATCH: Crooked Hillary Confronted by Anti-War Protestor

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) Hillary Clinton spoke Monday at an event held at the Columbia School of International Politics, where she was confronted by an anti-war protestor who asked about President Joe Biden’s apparent plunge towards World War 3.

A rowdy back-and-forth ensued.

The protestor asked Clinton to denounce Biden’s recent “war-mongering speech” that asked for more than $100 billion to help fund Israel and Ukraine’s respective wars, as well as to prepare for a showdown between Taiwan and China.

As expected, Clinton—who voted for the Iraq War, spearheaded regime change in Libya and has supported every U.S. military intervention in the 21st century—declined to comment.

“Can you please make a statement about President Joe Biden’s speech? This is a clearly war mongering speech. President Biden is calling for $100 billion for Israel, Taiwan and Ukraine, and we’re supposed to just bundle these together and rush to World War 3,” said the protestor, who later identified himself as Robert Castle.

The room erupted upon Castle’s question, and a staffer seemingly tried to get him to give up the mic. But Castle was undeterred.

“What I have done is asked Hillary Rodham Clinton to denounce the President’s openly warmongering, suicidal, idiotic speech,” he said again.

This time, Clinton responded: “I’ve given my answer. I will not do that.”

Clinton did promise to speak to Castle after the event. But according to observers, she did not.

When the raucous interchange was posted to Twitter, numerous accounts were quick to remark, perhaps in jest, that Castle is likely now on the “Clinton kill list.”

Castle responded to these concerns in a Substack article.

“People are right to be afraid, but they are wrong to allow that fear to stop them from bringing reason to bear on the situation the world faces. If fear keeps reason trapped inside peoples’ skulls, fear triumphs and reason is lost,” he said.

“The point is that there is literally nothing stopping the American people from voicing their opposition to this war; but we must articulate a solution at a higher level than a polarized, tribal, war-like, either/or mentality of Pro-Israel or Pro-Palestine.”

U.S. Plans to Evacuate Thousands of Americans from Middle East as Wider Conflict Erupts

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) Increased attacks on U.S. troops in Iraq and Syria, saber-rattling by officials in Washington DC and an open-ended promise by President Joe Biden to back Israel’s war against Hamas are among the numerous signs pointing to the likelihood of a massive impending war in the Middle East.

The Biden administration is planning accordingly.

According to a Monday article in the Washington Post, the Biden administration is preparing to evacuate hundreds of thousands of Americans from the Middle East. The Post included the caveat that the evacuation will only happen “if the bloodshed in Gaza cannot be contained.”

The chief concern, the Post reported, is that Hezbollah attacks Israel during its ground invasion against Hamas. That would put Israel in a two-front war, and would drastically increase the pressure on the U.S. to intervene.

“Top U.S. officials have not wanted to discuss such contingency planning in public, hoping to avoid setting off a panic among Americans in the region,” the Post reported. “But their posture has shifted in recent days to convey the anxiety about other actors entering the conflict.”

On the same day that the Post reported on the secret evacuation planning, Pentagon spokesman Brig. Gen. Patrick Ryder said he expects a “significant escalation” of attacks on US troops stationed in the Middle East in the coming days.

Additionally, a senior U.S. Central Command official reportedly signaled that the military is prepping for a showdown with Iran.

“We see a prospect for much more significant escalation against U.S. forces and personnel in the near term,” said the senior defense official, who was not authorized to speak on the record. “And let’s be clear about it: the road leads back to Iran. Iran funded, armed, equipped and trained militias and proxy forces all across the region.”

Those comments came on the heels of CENTCOM announcing that it downed two drones that were fired at a U.S. base in Syria.

The Pentagon has blamed Iran due to its support for Shia militias that operate in Syria and Iraq, although there’s no smoking-gun evidence Iran is directly involved.

While U.S. officials are seemingly prepping for conflict, retired U.S. Army colonel Douglas Macgregor warned Monday night that the country can’t handle another war.

“There doesn’t’ seem to be any real appreciation for the implications for us—and frankly, for Europe and the world—as well as the Middle East of such action. Just on the economic side, about 20 percent of the world’s oil passes through the strait of Hormuz every month. You’re talking about shutting down 2 to 3 million barrels of oil from Iran every day,” Macgregor said on Tucker Carlson’s Twitter X show.

“We’re looking at 10-year treasury yields that are up over 5 percent, and people are increasingly convinced that the Fed has lost control. The economic side of the house is a catastrophe. And on the military side, you have to look at the arsenal of missiles that Iran possesses, which can reach up to 1,200 miles with great precision,” he said.

“The bottom line is: We need to think this through, and everyone right now is emoting. There is no thinking anywhere.”
