Mic-Grabbing Black NYC College Grad Says She Is ‘Always in the Right’

'Childish morons with egos the size of Jupiter...'

(Dmytro “Henry” AleksandrovHeadline USA) After taking away the microphone from a white woman and giving an entitled speech, a black graduate of a community college in Queens, New York City, responded to the backlash she received from people on social media by saying that she is “always in the right.”

“To everyone saying I should be embarrassed or I’ll never get a job… I’m a black woman in America,” Kadia Iman — the LaGuardia Community College graduate — said on Instagram, as reported by the New York Post.

“I am always in the right… [you] will not gaslight me into thinking I’m the bad guy. I did it for girls that look like me. Love [you].”

On Wednesday, Iman posted a video for the 18,000 people who follow her on TikTok, in which she snatched the microphone out of the hands of a white woman during the graduation ceremony. The white woman tried to fight her off but quickly lost her grip.

”I’m graduating today. I don’t like how you snatched the mic out of my hand, so today is going to be all about me!” Iman screamed into the microphone before dropping it and storming off.

Even though Iman deleted the clip from her TikTok account to avoid further backlash, the footage still circulates online and has been viewed millions of times.

Iman also released a follow-up video after the incident, in which she defended her actions by saying that the reason why she took away the microphone from a white woman is because the latter was a racist who didn’t allow her to say her name during the graduation simply because Iman is black.

That statement was a lie because another black girl who graduated that day confirmed that nothing like that happened, adding that she was able to both say her name and some other “extra” things, Candace Owens of the Daily Wire reported.

Even though the leftist followers defended Iman, conservatives, including Owens and Matt Walsh of the Daily Wire, criticized her behavior.

“‘Today is all about me’ says the most uninteresting and unimpressive person you’ll ever encounter. It’s always the dullest, blandest nobodies who think they’re the main characters,” Walsh tweeted.

He then mentioned the horrible state of the higher education in the United States.

“I guarantee this person writes at a fourth-grade level and can’t name five US presidents. These are the people graduating from universities these days. Childish morons with egos the size of Jupiter.”
