Leftists Challenge Trump’s Claim of Hole-in-One at Golf Tournament

'I hit a 5-iron, which sailed magnificently into a rather strong wind, with approximately 5 feet of cut, whereupon it bounced twice and then went clank, into the hole...'

(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) After allegedly hitting a hole-in-one at a weekend golf tournament, former President Donald Trump‘s claims were “fact checked” by TDS-afflicted leftists who just can’t get over him.

“They posted video of Trump’s ‘hole-in-one’ at his own golf tournament this weekend (that he ‘won’),” wrote Twitter Ron Filipkowski, a virtue-signaling Ukraine supporter and leftist attorney, according to the Citizen Free Press.

“Curiously, we don’t get to see the shot,” he added.

The former president, however, offered his own account in a playful press release.

Trump detailed his achievement, describing it in great detail and listing a number of witnesses.

“Many people are asking, so I’ll give it to you now, it is 100% true,” he wrote. “While playing with the legendary golfer, Ernie Els, winner of four Majors and approximately 72 other tournaments throughout the world…I made a hole-in-one.”

Trump then described his elite-level shot in detail, much to the chagrin of those who wish that he wasn’t so good at golfing.

“It took place at Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach, Florida, on the 7th hole, which was playing 181-yards into a slight wind. I hit a 5-iron, which sailed magnificently into a rather strong wind, with approximately 5 feet of cut, whereupon it bounced twice and then went clank, into the hole.”

Trump then coyly alluded to his eventual victory at the tournament.

“I won’t tell you who won because I am a very modest individual,” he concluded.

Tim Swain, a Trump-endorsed candidate seeking to replace Sen. Tim Scott, R-SC, bore eyewitness account and confirmed the feat, according to his official campaign Twitter account.

On Monday, after the scandal erupted in leftist echo chambers, Els also confirmed the shot.
