The Federalist Senior Editor Mollie Hemingway exposed attorney Marc Elias, who admitted in a tweet on Dec. 16 that the Democrats cannot win in 2022 or 2024 without changing election laws.
Elias vaguely framed the admission within the Democrat idea that Republicans want to prevent eligible American citizens from voting, which is total nonsense, but he did not offer any specifics beyond their continued “attack on democracy.”
He tweeted in response to an article titled, “One Year After Insurrection: How Has Our Democracy Changed?”

Elias helped President Joe Biden win in 2020 by suing swing states and local jurisdictions to force them to implement less secure voting methods, like ballot harvesting and universal mail-in voting. He plans to employ the same strategy in the next two elections.
Hemingway fired back by noting that Elias participated in two efforts to overturn democratic elections: the Russia collusion hoax and the 2020 election fraud.

Elias did not consider that the Democrat Party’s true problem in the midterm elections may be Biden’s 29 percent approval with Americans younger than 30, an inflation rate in the double digits (disregarding deceptive CPI reports), and a national security state threatening war with Russia.
Elias then admitted to using a “sue-til-blue” election strategy.
