According to Breitbart, healthcare workers employed by UnityPoint Health in Iowa have been given patient prompts when addressing an individual or family.
Not using words like “mom” or “dad” is just the icing on the cake of the new regulatory word rules, which extend to terms like “mailman” and “policeman,” as well as replacing gender-specific singular pronouns with the plural “they/them.”
Using gender-neutral jargon isn’t the only woke adjustment the healthcare industry is now forcing onto employees.
For instance, UC San Diego is now including training on how to apply critical race theory in medicine, Legal Insurrection reported.
According to UCSD, “dismantling racism” is among the top priorities included in the school’s strategic framework.
Healthcare trainees are even required to read literature by Ibram X. Kendi, a known white-bashing radical who recently expressed concern that his daughter would become racist because she had a white doll.
The healthcare industry previously prided itself on modernization and pioneering new treatments to facilitate the best medical help for those seeking it.
Now it appears they’re turning that dutiful charisma into woke race-baiting.
