Just when it looked like Andrew Cuomo’s reputation couldn’t sink any lower, leave it to a notorious rat fink mobster and prolific criminal from the underworld to pull the discredited and debauched Democrat deeper into infamy.
Even Salvatore “Sammy the Bull” Gravano, former underboss and mafia henchman for the Gambino crime family, slammed Cuomo as a disgrace for orchestrating the nursing home scandal he oversaw and the deaths he tried to hide during the peak of the coronavirus wave in New York, reported Fox News.
“I hate to get into Gov. Cuomo,” Gravano said. “I will a little bit because he’s Italian and I can’t stand it.”
Gravano’s comments came from his appearance on a new podcast, The Mafia States of America, with host Patrick Bet-David and guest Michael Franzese, a former Colombo caporegime.
Gravano, erstwhile co-conspirator and confidante of John Gotti, didn’t hold back with his contempt for Cuomo.
“One, because he’s Italian and I’m embarrassed to have someone do what he did as an Italian,” Gravano said. ”He killed 15,000 people by putting people with the coronavirus in [nursing homes] with old people.”
Gravano, unrepentant thug that he is, nonetheless managed to sum up in one brutal sentence what the mainstream leftist media has steadfastly refused to acknowledge.
Even as some alleged reporters have been shamed into noting the multiple accusations of sexual harassment and municipal malfeasance that drove Cuomo out of office as a humiliated snout beetle, those same alleged reporters have been content to let Cuomo’s deadly handling of the elderly during the COVID nursing home crisis slip quietly into a black hole.
Bet-David, the Mafia States of America host, hasn’t forgotten and said it was obvious that the former mafia bosses view Cuomo’s reprehensible record with disdain.
They “think many politicians like the Cuomos get away with murder,” Bet-David said, “which is essentially what happened.”
