(Headline USA) President Joe Biden reportedly called media oligarch and Fox News owner Rupert Murdoch the “most dangerous man in the world,” according to a forthcoming book.
Journalists Jonathan Martin and Alexander Burns revealed in their new book, “This Will Not Pass,” that Biden complained about Murdoch regularly because Fox News streamed a “torrent of anti-Biden programming,” including “skepticism about vaccines” and “wild conspiracy theories about the January 6 attack,” according to CNN.
The comments mark the first time Biden has publicly criticized Murdoch, though he has blasted Fox News in the past. Last October, for example, he joked that he watches the channel “to find out how popular I am.”
Biden also regularly spars with Fox News reporters, including White House reporter Peter Doocy, who has pressed him on economic issues, such as inflation, and his son’s shady foreign business dealings. In January, Biden was caught on a hot mic dismissing Doocy as a “stupid son of a b***h.”

Biden, after what was surely a harsh lashing from his handlers, did eventually offer Doocy an apology.
“He said it’s nothing personal, pal,” Doocy said.

Fox News is broadly supportive of the Republican party. But Murdoch has shied away from expressing his political opinions publicly. He did, however, clash with former President Donald Trump on multiple occasions, according to reports.
