Biden’s White House Suffers ‘Blaxit’ as Black Staffers Make Mass Exodus

'There is no real feedback and there’s no clear path to any kind of promotions... '

(Mark Pellin, Headline USA) President Joe Biden has a long and sordid history of appointing black people to high office for sheer, venal political gain, including his current vice president, Kamala Harris, who has had several rifts with the aged white man who keeps setting her up to fail.

Apparently, she’s not alone.

Nearly two dozen black staffers, advisors and aides have made an exodus from Biden’s White House, reported Politico.

The exits run the ranks from the president’s personal aides and a press assistant to a public engagement aide and gender policy aide, and includes a National Security Council senior director.

One former and one current White House official said the exodus has become so rampant, some black aides have dubbed it “Blaxit.”

While Biden remorselessly and relentlessly panders to his party’s black voters base, promising diversity, inclusion and advancement of Black Lives, his White House is falling woefully short, according to black staffers interviewed by Politico.

Meanwhile, Biden’s White House is crumbling from internal strife caused by a potted petunia-in-chief who keeps making calamitous decisions and leaving others to deal with the fallout.

The flood of ship jumping black staffers has hurt morale and compounded “problems that exist elsewhere,” in an environment described as “an operation in which mentorship is hard to come by and opportunity to move up the ranks of a tight-knit operation is exceptionally rare.”

“We’re here and we’re doing a lot of work but we’re not decision-makers and there’s no real path towards becoming decision-makers,” one of the current black White House officials told Politico.

“There is no real feedback and there’s no clear path to any kind of promotions.”

White House mouthpiece Karine Jean-Pierre, who was heavily promoted as the first black, gay immigrant press secretary, brushed off the concerns, boasting that about 14% of current White House staffers are black.

“The president is incredibly proud to have built what continues to be the most diverse White House staff in history, and he is committed to continuing historic representation for black staff and all communities,” said the insurrectionist press secretary.
