(Molly Bruns, Headline USA) President Joe Biden’s Ambassador to Malta, Constance Milstein, has recently been linked to the shadowy Humpty Dumpty Institute that is tied to the Chinese Communist Party and was led by the brother of Jeffrey Epstein.
According to National File, Milstein co-founded the Institute in 1998 with Ralph Cwerman, William Rouhana and Michael Sonnenfeldt.
This group is linked with many questionable associates, but Sonnenfeldt in particular, as his father was investigated for sharing American secrets with Israel in the 1960s.
Since the beginning of the Institute, Mark Epstein, brother of convicted child sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, took a leading role and served as director and primary financier until 2019.
The organization has attempted to scrub him from their public domains, but Epstein was listed on the group’s website until at least December o2020.
Milstein remains listed on the Humpty Dumpty Institute website and currently appears to be on the board of directors as Board chairman Emeritus.
The group also has close ties with the Chinese Communist Party and its People’s Liberation Army, through a partnership with a Chinese think-tank known as the Taihe Institute.
Located in Beijing, the Taihe Institute is led by high-ranking CCP members and PLA leadership, many of whom have been known to celebrate communist revolutionary Mao Zedong.
Dr. Al Khalafalla, who is currently board chairman at the Humpty Dumpty Institute, attended President Joe Biden’s inauguration in January 2021.
Since its founding, HDI has been making attempts to play a more active role in global politics, hosting the Congressional Staff Delegations of the United Nations and rubbing elbows with prominent names.
Milstein, a long-standing Biden donor and daughter of wealthy New York City developer, has received two “surprise visits” from Biden—one while he was vice president under former President Barack Obama in 2012, and another in 2018 when Biden and Obama stopped in her DC-based Dog Tag Bakery.

When Milstein was nominated to be the US Ambassador to Malta in 2021, her ties to China, the Epstein family and previous relationship as a donor with the Bidens were not reported.
