Amazon Removes BLM’s ‘Charity’ Designation Amid Questions over Mismanagement

'Charitable organizations must meet the requirements outlined in our participation agreement to be eligible for AmazonSmile... '

(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) Shockingly, Amazon removed its affiliation with Black Lives Matter due to concerns about its fraudulent and corrupt management, the Republic Brief reported.

BLM leaders, curiously handled now by attorney Marc Elias, who is almost synonymous with Hillary R. Clinton and the suspicious activities with the 2020 election, failed to disclose detailed financial reports on up to $60 million it had received in donations.

Elias has represented BLM in recent years. Recently, it was revealed that BLM failed to disclose financial reports of $60 million that the organization received in donations.

The tech giant’s concern with BLM indicates that something larger may be at stake.

Financial filings indicate that, “Elias…appears to be representing the Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation through his recently formed Elias Law Group.” It was also noted that the Elias law group was in charge of BLM’s books during the time in question.

“BLM’s national organization repeatedly lists the Elias firm as one of its addresses and states in its short-year 2020 Form 990 that its books were now in the care of the Elias Law Group.”

An Amazon spokesman said in a statement that the organization had cut social and political ties with BLM, despite previously donating over $10 million to the cause.

“Charitable organizations must meet the requirements outlined in our participation agreement to be eligible for AmazonSmile,” he said.

He also noted that Amazon does not want to be seen doing business with potential lawbreakers.

“Among other eligibility requirements, organizations are required to be in good standing in their state of incorporation and in the states and territories where they are authorized to do business,” the spokesman said.

“Organizations that don’t meet the requirements listed in the agreement may have their eligibility suspended or revoked.”

He concluded by noting that BLM could make a return if they were to clean up their behavior.

“Charities can request to be reinstated once they are back in good standing.”
