(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Conservative legal group America First Legal unveiled the existence of a trove of nearly 30,000 emails from the office of then-Vice President Joe Biden to his family members’ businesses.

The disclosure was made public via Twitter on Tuesday, further weakening Biden’s claims that there was a “wall” between his official government business and those of his family members.
The breakdown of the emails is as follows: 19,335 were exchanged with Rosemont Seneca, a now-defunct company owned by Biden’s embattled son, Hunter. An additional 4,243 emails were directed to Hunter himself, while 1,751 were addressed to Jim Biden, the president’s brother and 3,738 were linked to Jim’s Lion Hall Group.
“BREAKING: Joe Biden’s VP exchanged nearly 20,000 emails with Hunter’s Rosemont Seneca firm. Twenty thousand!!” AFL announced on Tuesday, adding that they obtained the documents through litigation against the infamous National Archives.

The revelation comes amid an impeachment inquiry led by House Republicans against Biden on accusations of corruption and bribery. Specifically, the inquiry centers around an alleged influence-peddling campaign involving himself and family members.
Additionally, the extensive volume of emails contradicts Biden’s previous claim that there was an “absolute wall” between his office and his family’s businesses.
“I have never discussed, with my son or my brother or with anyone else, anything having to do with their businesses. Period,” Biden falsely claimed in 2019.
“And what I will do is the same thing we did in our administration. There will be an absolute wall between personal and private [business interests] and the government,” Biden’s false statement continued.
“I have never spoken to my son about his overseas business dealings.”
“I have never discussed, with my son or my brother or anyone else, anything having to do with their businesses. Period.”

On Aug. 30, AFL announced the discovery of over 1,000 emails between Rosemont Seneca and the vice president’s office.
“These records provide even more evidence that no daylight existed between Hunter Biden’s foreign business dealings and the Office of the Vice President during the Obama Administration,” AFL Vice President Gene Hamilton said at the time.
“The evidence accumulating against the Biden family’s malfeasance is staggering. We will continue to put the pieces of this puzzle together and expose the truth to the American people,” he added.
