4,000 Beagles from Fauci’s Lab Experiments in Need of Loving Homes

(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) The Envigo beagle breeding facility in Cumberland, Virginia, has been shut down after being hit with more than 70 animal welfare violations, leaving over 4,000 beagles in need of adoption, the Independent Journal Review reported.

The Envigo facility has become infamous over the past several years as the source of Dr. Anthony Fauci‘s test dogs, which he and his labs use for gruesome experiments.

When Fauci’s spokesperson was asked about the abuse of beagles in the running of test experiments, the claims were suggested to be “misleading and lacking important context.”

In a report from The Hill published last fall, it became clear that the National Institutes of Health, run by Fauci, had engaged in abusive testing procedures.

“Our investigators show that Fauci’s NIH division shipped part of a $375,800 grant to a lab in Tunisia to drug beagles and lock their heads in mesh cages filled with hungry sandflies so that the insects could eat them alive,” said watchdog group White Coat Waste Project.

“They also locked beagles alone in cages in the desert overnight for nine consecutive nights to use them as bait to attract infectious sand flies,” they added.

Fortunately the dog factory has been shut down, and Fauci will have to turn elsewhere to find his lab rats.

“After months of advocacy, we’re heartened to know that nearly 4,000 Envigo dogs will be spared a lifetime of suffering and will instead head to loving homes,” Virginia senators Mark Warner and Time Kaine wrote in a joint statement.

“We’re also pleased to know that Inotiv — Envigo’s parent company — will shutter its Cumberland facility and that no more dogs will be subject to the appalling conditions and inexcusable distress endured by so many dogs and puppies at the facility,” the lawmakers wrote.

“We will continue working in the Senate to prevent the mistreatment of innocent animals across Virginia and the nation.”
