(Mark Pellin, Headline USA) The alleged mass shooter who killed at least six people and terrorized a July Fourth parade reportedly has a lengthy social media history that portrays him as a radicalized Antifa activist and possible false flag plant to advance a leftist narrative that conservatives are dangerous domestic terrorists.
After a tense manhunt conducted by multiple law enforcement agencies, police on Monday night arrested 22-year-old Robert E. Crimo III., as a person of interest in the mass shooting that killed at least six people and left dozens injured at a July Fourth parade in Highland Park, Illinois.
Crimo’s reported social media history is rife with images and sentiments of a radical Antifa activist on a mission to terrorize, who went by the alias “Awake the Rapper.”
One since-deleted and locked tweet showed a person who appears to be Crimo dressed in Antifa Black Bloc garb and sporting Antifa ink, role-playing a mass shooting. Another post uncovered by the Post Millennial appears to be Crimo reciting a twisted poem about himself as “a sleepwalker” who “can’t be stopped.”
The suspect in the Highland Park shooting, Robert Crimo III, posted multiple disturbing videos on YouTube with violent imagery.
“Like a sleepwalker unable to stop and think, my actions will be valiant. And my thought is unnecessary. I know what I have to do.” pic.twitter.com/CROskei1Vh

“Like a sleep walker, I am breaking through no matter what. Like a sleep walker, unable to stop and think, my actions will be valid, and my thought is unnecessary,” Crimo recited.
“I know what I have to do.”
Other posts linking Crimo to Antifa quickly surfaced, painting a picture of a disturbed individual brainwashed by a far-left radical dogma.

With a narrative unfolding counter to what leftists anticipated and desired, a counter-campaign was launched trying to link Crimo to former President Donald Trump.
A few of Crimo’s posts reportedly placed him attending a Trump rally, and others claimed that his father was a Trump supporter who ran for mayor of Highland Park, an affluent Chicago suburb.
“Dear Skippy and Karen Conservatives. Antifa? Try again,” wrote one self-identifying Trump hater, who insisted Crimo was “a right-wing nut job who supports Donald as seen here at Trump Rally.”
Of course the 4th of July shooter, Robert Crimo’s dad is a MAGA. He’s only following one person on Twitter and it’s trump. https://t.co/SeKjYRQ8kD

That’s all it took for an eager mainstream media to pounce on fresh MAGA meat.
“Crimo didn’t frequently post about major political figures on his websites, except for two posts about former President Donald Trump,” reported NBC News, also noting the posts that showed Crimo “draped in a Trump flag” that was captioned “spam” and another of him dressed in a Waldo outfit at a Trump rally.
Many saw a strikingly similarity in those isolated posts to other attempts that have seen leftists and activist groups like Antifa planting false flags at events to tie white supremacist and Nazi radicals to conservatives.

When you have to SPELL IT OUT for the left.
He is dressed like Waldo. He makes fun of MAGA.
Here’s some more from the account of #HighlandPark shooter Robert Crimo. He followed and retweeted Barack Obama as well as Kamala Harris and Joe Biden. pic.twitter.com/43X4o6R2yV

Another scrolling post was filled with Crimo tweets that “liked” extreme-leftist comments calling for everything from Trump’s arrest, along with deportation of J6 protesters, to roasting pro-MAGA Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., and bashing Dave Chappelle for his transgender jokes.

Crimo had not been charged for the mass shooting as of early Tuesday morning, but police said “calling a person a suspect or a person of interest amounts to the same thing,” reported CNN.
“This individual is believed to have been responsible for what happened and the investigation will continue,” said Lake County Major Crime Task Force spokesperson Christopher Covelli.
I think Robert Crimo is a psycho. Planned it all out to look like he’s both a Trump supporter and a Biden supporter. Perhaps a true accelerationist. He’s got everyone squabbling over his politics but at the end of the day he killed innocents and represents no one but himself.
