Forensic Expert: Savannah, Ga.’s Voting Machines Reported Result Directly to China

'All we know is there was a server there with all these votes on it...'

Russell James Ramsland Jr., the tech expert who led the forensic audit of Dominion’s voting machines, said that Dominion’s tabulation servers in Savannah, Georgia reported results to China.

“It looks like it’s going to prove out to be correct that in Georgia there is a ‘smart thermostat’ that is talking to the tabulations and reporting the votes back to China,” Ramsland said Dec. 24 on Zooming in with Simone Gao.

“And that was traced by a Microsoft engineer and he brought it to our attention yesterday,” he said. “So that’s being monitored.”

Ramsland, who co-founded Allied Security Operations Group, said foreign nations could have influenced the election, since votes from most states were tabulated outside the United States.

“We already knew that there was a huge overseas problem, and it’s not just social media,” he said. “In 29 different states, your votes were going to Frankfurt, Germany. They were ending up on a server owned by Clarity Elections.”

He said these servers were equipped with software to change votes.

“We could see that there was a harvester, a piece of malware, that was collecting their credentials from all the counties that reported to it,” Ramsland said. “Well, if it collects all their credentials and the votes go there, you can change the votes there and backload them right back down into the counties.”

Scytl, the parent company of Clarity Elections, disputes Ramsland’s claims on its website.

The organization said that its operations “are both hosted and managed within the US, by a local subsidiary, SOE Software, based in Tampa, Florida” and that it does not “tabulate, tally or count votes in US public elections.”

Scytl denies any connection to Frankfurt and other foreign locations.

There were reports that the US military raided Scytl in Frankfurt and obtained a server.

Ramsland said he can confirm that the server went dark during the time of the supposed raid, but he does not know if there was a raid or if the US military was involved.

“All we know is there was a server there with all these votes on it,” he said. “That we know for absolute cold, hard fact, and we know it went down.”
