Trump Says He’s Willing to Go to Jail to Save America

'This is weaponry being done, because Joe Biden is losing the election and losing very, very badly to all of us in the polls...'

(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) At a rally in Iowa on Monday, former President Donald Trump told a crowd that he would go to jail if he needed to in order to save America, One America News Network reported.

Trump, the current GOP frontrunner, has spent the past several months fending off a never-ending onslaught of legal assaults from the Left that promises to last throughout the 2024 election season.

“I am willing to go to jail if that’s what it takes for our country to win and become a democracy again,” he told the cheering crowd.

The remark followed news earlier in the day that radical Marxist judge Tanya Chutkan, who is overseeing the federal case against Trump in the D.C. District Court related to his efforts to challenge the 2020 election outcome, imposed an outrageous gag order that would prevent Trump from defending himself on the campaign trail against the spurious attacks of corrupt special counsel Jack Smith and his cabal of leaking prosecutors.

Were Chutkan to incarcerate Trump without basis, the public outcry would almost certainly create an even greater disruption and perversion of justice than anything he might say. However, many suspect that the Obama-appointed judge’s intention is precisely that.

“This is weaponry being done,” Trump said of the order, “because Joe Biden is losing the election and losing very, very badly to all of us in the polls.”

Trump also was subjected to another gag order recently in a New York civil trial after he exposed the fact that Allison Greenfield, the principal law clerk of judge Arthur Engoron, appeared to have a special relationship with Democrat Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y.

In his speech Monday, Trump noted that the current state of affairs cannot be allowed to continue, lest America fall apart altogether.

“Under Biden, it’s danger, death, and destruction all over the world,” he said.

Specifically, the former president drew the crowd’s attention to the border debacle that has spiraled out of control under Biden’s watch.

The recent terrorist attack in Israel has reignited fears that another 9/11 style plot may soon strike on American soil after the Biden administration over the past two years has allowed an estimated 7 million foreign nationals into the U.S. interior with little ability to track them.

Trump pledged to restore his successful immigration policies if re-elected.

“I will immediately reinstate and expand the wildly successful Trump travel ban on entry from terror-plagued countries, territories and places,” he said.

He also warned about the importation of dangerous populations, who might wish to harm Americans, such as those “from Gaza or Syria or Somalia or Yemen, or Libya, or anywhere else that threatens our security.”
