(Headline USA) Former President Donald Trump earned notable endorsements this week from rapper Waka Flocka Flame and former GOP rival Bobby Jindal.
Waka Flocka Flame, whose real name is Juaquin James Malphurs, gave his endorsement via tweet on Monday.

It comes amid a surge of black support for Trump as the former president battles multiple indictments. Trump has said he is “willing to go to jail” fighting the “corrupt” justice system, an argument that seems to be resonating among black males in particular.
After Trump’s mugshot was published, for example, multiple high-profile rappers voiced their support for the former president, and a video showed black residents in Atlanta rallying to cheer Trump on as he headed to the courthouse for his arraignment.
Another key endorsement this week came from Jindal, a former GOP presidential candidate who ran against Trump in 2016, who made history as the first Indian–American governor to be elected in any state after he won the 2008 gubernatorial race in Louisiana.
“I just had a great conversation with President Trump, and I told him that he has my full and complete endorsement to win back the White House and Make America Great Again!” Jindal tweeted.

Notably, Trump is being challenged by two Indian–American Republicans in the GOP primary: businessman Vivek Ramaswamy and Trump’s own former United Nations ambassador, Nikki Haley, who became the second Indian–American governor (and first woman) when she she won South Carolina’s 2011 gubernatorial race.
However, Jindal said it was important for the party to begin to unite around the clear frontrunner, particularly given the lawfare attacks that Trump is facing from corrupt leftist prosecutors, which may require an all-hands-on-deck response.
Trump “will be the Republican nominee, and everyone knows that, especially the Democrats who are already spending millions attacking him in an attempt to destroy him,” Jindal said.
“And we Republicans should stop helping them by fighting amongst ourselves, and instead, unite to win the general election,” he added. “Some of the others running are friends who I have known for a while.”
Jindal listed a number of policies that he said made Trump a great president, including bringing “order” to the Middle East, being the “first president to identify China as America’s top security threat” and fighting “to secure our border.”
“WE ARE IN DANGER OF LOSING THIS COUNTRY,” Jindal warned. “The wolf is at the door, and this is true in terms of every issue, from economics, to culture, to foreign policy.”
