Soros’s Judge Sends Man to Prison for Defending Himself, Abbott Vows to Pardon Him

'I look forward to approving the Board’s pardon recommendation as soon as it hits my desk...'

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) A Texas man, who shot and killed a man who was carrying an AK-47 at a Black Lives Matter protest in 2020, was found guilty of murder by a jury and sent to prison on Friday.

“Army sergeant Daniel Perry, who was working as an Uber driver when he encountered an armed BLM mob that had shut down the streets in Austin, Texas, in July 2020, has been found guilty of murder by a jury,” Andy Ngo reported on Twitter.

“Perry shot a rifle-carrying BLM boogaloo member named Garrett Foster who confronted him at the driver’s window.”

Initially, Perry was not charged with any crimes after the incident, according to the Daily Wire. However, in 2021, District Attorney Jose Garza took office and decided to prosecute Perry. Garza is one of many district attorneys who is a puppet of a billionaire Democrat megadonor George Soros.

On Saturday, Texas Gov. Greg Abbott said that he was working to get Daniel Perry a pardon after he was convicted in a case involving self-defense.

“Texas has one of the strongest ‘Stand Your Ground’ laws of self-defense that cannot be nullified by a jury or a progressive District Attorney,” Abbott said.

“Unlike the President or some other states, the Texas Constitution limits the Governor’s pardon authority to only act on a recommendation by the Board of Pardons and Paroles.”

“Texas law DOES allow the Governor to request the Board of Pardons and Paroles to determine if a person should be granted a pardon,” Abbott added.

“I have made that request and instructed the Board to expedite its review. I look forward to approving the Board’s pardon recommendation as soon as it hits my desk. Additionally, I have already prioritized reining in rogue District Attorneys, and the Texas Legislature is working on laws to achieve that goal.”
