(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) George Soros’s puppet, Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascon, suspended prosecutor Shea Sanna for “misgendering” and “deadnaming” a convicted child molester and suspected murderer who suddenly started to “identify” as a woman after he was arrested.
Gascon’s office refused to prosecute a man named James Tubbs, now 26, as an adult for molesting a 10-year-old girl two weeks before his 18th birthday when Tubbs still wasn’t trying to pretend that he is a woman and called himself “James,” according to the Daily Caller.
In early 2022, Tubbs was sentenced to two years in a place where he doesn’t belong — a juvenile facility for girls. He was charged with using a rock to murder a member of a “survivalist transient group” — a group Tubbs was a part of in 2019 in Kern County, Calif., and Sanna, a lead prosecutor in part of Tubbs’ case, was suspended because she dared to “misgender” and “deadname” the pedophile.
“While we cannot comment on the specifics of a personnel matter, I can say that the actions taken by the Department were the result of the findings conducted by an independent County Policy of Equity Investigation,” Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office Communications Bureau Director Tiffiny Blacknell said.
“I can also say is that the Transgender community is frequently the target of violent attacks. They are also reluctant to come forward and report their attacks because of how they’re treated in the criminal legal system. The LADA office takes seriously our responsibility to treat all people with respect and dignity no matter their gender identity.”
Before he was sentenced for child molestation, Tubbs urged his father to refer to him as “she” in a phone call.
“So now they’re going to put me with other trannies that have seen their cases like mine or with one tranny like me that has a case like mine.”
Last year, the pedophile pleaded not guilty to murder and robbery in the 2019 case. Currently, he is jailed in Kern County on $1 million bond under his real name James Tubbs, with court records using the fake name — Hannah Tubbs.
In fall 2020, Soros donated more than $2.5 million to Gascon. “Unexpectedly,” Gascon won the election. He also survived two unsuccessful recall attempts in response to him destroying Los Angeles by pushing Soros’s anti-American policies.
