SELLERS: 6 Actions We Must Take to Avert a Biden-Triggered Doomsday Scenario

'We don’t have to accept the mandates, lockdowns, and harmful policies of the petty tyrants and feckless bureaucrat. We can simply say no, not again...'

America witnessed a watershed moment last week after the Biden administration broke the law by unilaterally ignoring a recent Supreme Court decision.

In extending a pandemic rent/eviction moratorium through October, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention brazenly disregarded the property rights of landlords.

The president made the case that evictions could harm the most vulnerable Americans and that the move was just a stall tactic to buy time while more federal funding was dispersed. Nonetheless, the proverbial crossing of the Rubicon came with Biden’s open admission that the laws of America are meaningless without some enforcement mechanism.

The destruction of our judicial firewall gives well-connected evildoers a direct pipeline to the US Constitution. And silent alarms everywhere should be warning about the breach.

If there is any hope left to be had, here are some preventative measures that must happen sooner than later:

1. State legislatures must not only close their voting-law loopholes, but impose criminal consequences on officials that fail/refuse to enforce them.

George Soros first launched his initiative to replace secretaries of state during the George W. Bush administration, after the disputed 2000 election convinced radical leftists that they must win at all costs.

But the most sinister aspect of the plan took focus in the Obama era, when then-Attorney General Eric Holder implemented a new doctrine of selective enforcement that politicized the Justice Department.

The cancerous spread of overtly partisan operatives overseeing US elections finally came into fruition two decades later, when leftists used public anxieties over a mysterious pandemic to seize control of the 2020 race in several key states and counties.

The Left’s dodgy reaction to red states’ ongoing efforts to close those loopholes through proper legislative channels speaks volumes to their true motives.

The only way Democrats can hope to retain Congress in 2022—barring some miraculous windfall of good fortune that turns terrible policies into gold—is by using the same procedures to steal it again.

Lo and behold, the coronavirus response has now mutated from “two weeks to flatten the curve” into a perpetual period of martial law imposed by unelected (but deeply political) bureaucratic ‘experts.’

And the only way to push back on corrupt, election-stealing state and county officials is to impose serious consequences if they ignore the laws they are duty-bound to follow.

2. The Supreme Court must send a clear message to the Biden administration—by taking up one of the 2020 election-fraud cases.

The Supreme Court’s failure to take up legal challenges to the 2020 election may have been borne from a desire for self-preservation under the leftist threat of court-packing, or to prevent an existing constitutional crisis from becoming even worse.

While some of the vote-fraud allegations emanating from the Trump campaign’s legal sideshow were rightfully quelled by the lower courts, there was an overwhelming constitutional basis for one brought by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, who argued that the bad-faith intentions of some states had violated the sovereignty of others.

That the case was dismissed for lack of standing, rather than rejected on its merits, underscores the external pressures brought to bear on the court, since no other jurisdiction could have heard or remedied such an inter-state dispute.

But like a schoolyard bully who sees a flinching victim as validation of his strength, the Biden administration has now given itself license to run roughshod over the court by refusing to enforce the law.

With its legitimacy under fire from the executive branch, co-equal judiciary must now reassert itself with a shot across the bow to remind Biden of his own lack of standing.

3. Conservatives in Congress must form an unholy alliance with semi-rational progressives to dismantle Big Tech.

In his eye-opening book The Tyranny of Big Tech, Sen. Josh Hawley, R-Mo., laid out the shocking ways companies like Facebook, Google, Twitter, Amazon and Apple have taken virtually total control of the global economy and the public square.

Hawley revealed that the technocrats’ intent may be to create a sort of Matrix-like dystopia, in which only a few Silicon Valley elites have actual jobs. The bulk of the populace would subsist as digital serfs, dependent upon the beneficence of these radical leftist oligarchs to supply our universal basic income—after the government skims its cut from the top.

“The platforms’ aspiration was never growth for the sake of growth … It was about gaining a foothold in all the highways and biways of social communication the world over that were related in any way to commerce, a foothold that would allow Big Tech to act as gatekeeper, as toll-master, for everything that went across,” Hawley wrote.

“Put another way, Big Tech seeks to create a global system of automatic rent extraction from the real economy,” he added.

Even some on the far left have found themselves agreeing with Hawley’s assessment—and not surprisingly since he comes out staunchly on the side of the working class against the political elites and wealthy 1-percenters.

“He writes of a radical-democratic class-struggle narrative that politicians such as socialist Bernie Sanders and progressive Elizabeth Warren, indeed, every self-professed progressive Democrat, should have been articulating and cultivating for years, but, to my persistent exasperation and the left’s persistent failings, had not,” observed reviewer Harvey J. Kaye.

While Big Tech has made politicians and think-tanks on both the Left and Right beholden to its demands, the two anti-establishment wings of the political spectrum must align to bring down the moneyed interests. Otherwise, our posterity may become nothing more than glorified batteries fueling Big Tech’s data-mining machine.

Meanwhile, concerned citizens must both educate themselves and cut the apron-strings of social-media dependency before corporate control over their lives becomes all-consuming.

4. Freedom fighters must regain control of the Jan. 6 narrative—and be ready for more acts of civil disobedience to challenge tyranny.

First there was England’s Guy Fawkes Day, then France’s Bastille Day, and now, America has its own Ashli Babbitt Day—a sort of underground Independence Day commemorating when the masses first decided to take matters into their own hands.

While there were other casualties mourned that day—and valor exhibited on both sides of the barricades—Babbitt, the only person to be killed at the US Capitol on Jan. 6, has become the de-facto martyr to the cause, a true patriot who was ambushed and slain on the front lines by a rogue policeman.

The show trial by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., perfectly explains why the abuses and injustices of last year—and, indeed, throughout the entire Trump administration—inevitably led to such an act of populist revolt.

The media’s propaganda and the brute force used to tamp down on the protest—including gulags for ideological dissidents, the fortification of the Capitol and the conversion of the Capitol Police into a militarized secret service—may be strong deterrents against such demonstrations. Yet, the alternative is still worse.

Forcible slavery, under the auspices of pandemic diktats or other flimsy pretexts, is an even more compelling reason why pro-freedom uprisings must happen again if the leftist oligarchy presses onward with its audacious pursuit of unchecked power.

Such government overreach has led at least one prominent US senator to call for massive resistance.

“They can’t arrest us all. They can’t keep all your kids home from school. They can’t keep every government building closed—although I’ve got a long list of ones they should,” wrote Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., last week in an op-ed for Fox News.

“We don’t have to accept the mandates, lockdowns, and harmful policies of the petty tyrants and feckless bureaucrats,” he added. “We can simply say no, not again.”

5. Conservative leaders must carefully take their case to the international community.

It was likely Joe Biden who, in a secret January 2017 meeting, first suggested weaponizing the archaic Logan Act of 1799 against incoming national security adviser Michael Flynn.

That helped trigger the cascade of catastrophes that ultimately led to the Mueller investigation and eroded public trust in the intelligence community.

Despite the hypocrisy of Democrats—who engaged in their own splinter diplomacy with hostile nations like Iran during the Trump administration—they would, undoubtedly, push to prosecute it again without hesitation.

However, in the event that the Biden administration’s gradual power-grab renders mechanisms like voting and civil disobedience meaningless, it may be up to pro-democratic allies to step in with force or pressure of their own.

Even the cheese-eating surrender-monkeys in France have taken notice. French president Emmanuel Macron has blamed the US for the spread of dangerous “woke” ideas.

The driving force behind all the pro-Marxist, anti-democratic rumblings appears to be communist China. If the global community fails to move against it, then the scourge that has overtaken America will arrive on their shores as well.

6. The UN and other global entities must ban the use of drone warfare and biological agents by a government against its own citizens.

“If you think you need to have weapons to take on the government, you need F-15s and maybe some nuclear weapons,” said the current occupant of the Oval Office in June.

While the Biden administration’s rhetoric against the 2nd Amendment may be alarming enough on its own, the aggressive development of drones may soon render it entirely moot.

Average citizens do not have the means to produce or purchase militarized drones, even if they had the right to do so.

However, this technology is destined to become a powerful crowd-control tool that gives an authoritarian regime like the current one a distinct advantage in times of political upheaval.
