(Headline USA) The perpetually and aggressively woke Department of Defense has a chief diversity, equity and inclusion officer who has a sordid history of anti-white racism.
Kelisa Wing, an Army veteran and the current DEI chief at the DOD’s Education Activity branch, oversees curriculum and has described herself as a proud “woke” leftist. Her social media pages reveal she has made disparaging comments about white people regularly, according to Fox News.
In one tweet from June 2020, Wing said, “I’m exhausted with these white folx in these [professional development] sessions. “[T]his lady actually had the CAUdacity to say that black people can be racist too … I had to stop the session and give Karen the BUSINESS … [W]e are not the majority, we don’t have power.”
In another post, Wing responded to another user who criticized an article she had written in which she claimed “racism is ingrained in the very fabric of our country.”
“Bye Karen,” Wing said.
On another occasion, Wing responded to a user who said they were “exhausted by 99% of the white men in education and 95% of the white women. Where can I get a break from white nonsense for a while?”
“If another Karen tells me about her feelings… I might lose it,” Wing replied.
She also called former President Donald Trump the “whole boy version of a Karen” and former Education Secretary Betsy DeVos “the queen of Karens.”
Wing has co-authored a number of children’s books, including one published in 2021 about “white privilege,” in which she claims “white privilege hurts a lot of people.”
“If you are white you might feel bad about hurting others or you might feel afraid to lose this privilege,” the book states. “Overcoming white privilege is a job that must start with the white community.”
In another children’s book she co-authored, titled What is Anti-Racism?, she claims “the modern idea of ‘race’ was introduced by the National Party in Germany.” Her children’s series also included a book called What Does It Mean to Defund the Police?
