Probe Reveals ANOTHER Fake Alias Biden May Have Used to Launder Funds from Hunter

(Headline USA) House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer, R-Ky., is investigating whether a pseudonym used by President Joe Biden during his vice presidency is tied to any of Hunter Biden’s business dealings, according to a letter he sent to the U.S. National Archives this week.

In the letter, which was sent Wednesday, Comer asked the USNA to hand over all unredacted emails associated with the name “Robert Peters” and the email address “[email protected],” which Biden used during the Obama White House.

Emails obtained from Hunter Biden’s laptop show Joe Biden’s aide, John Flynn, cc’ed this email in exchanges with Hunter on 10 occasions.

In two email messages that were dated May 27, 2016, and June 15, 2016, respectively, Flynn emailed Joe Biden’s alias and cc’ed Hunter with a copy of Biden’s daily schedule, which included planned interactions with Ukrainian government officials.

Comer also requested documents associated with other pseudonyms Biden is alleged to have used, including “Robin Ware” and “JRB Ware.”

“Joe Biden has stated there was ‘an absolute wall’ between his family’s foreign business schemes and his duties as vice president, but evidence reveals that access was wide open for his family’s influence peddling,” Comer said in a statement.

Comer also requested any documents of Joe Biden’s that had to do with Burisma or Ukrainian policy.

“We already have evidence of then-Vice President Biden speaking, dining, and having coffee with his son’s foreign business associates,” he said.

“We also know that Hunter Biden and his associates were informed of then-Vice President Biden’s official government duties in countries where they had a financial interest,” he added. “The National Archives must provide these unredacted records to further our investigation into the Biden family’s corruption.”

The move comes as Comer ramps up his investigation into the Biden family’s influence-peddling scheme. Specifically, Comer is looking into allegations that the Biden “coerced” a $10 million bribe from Burisma owner Mykola Zlochevsky in exchange for the vice president’s help in ousting Ukrainian Prosecutor-General Viktor Shokin, who was investigating Burisma.

Phony Ariz. Gov. Katie Hobbs Plots 5th Trump Indictment, Targets GOP Electors

(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) In order to keep up with the latest left-wing fashions, Arizona Gov. Katie Hobbs appears to be plotting an indictment of former President Donald Trump and his GOP electors, Fox 10 Phoenix reported.

The witch hunt investigation is being led by Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes, who is reportedly working closely with Hobbs in order to hinder Trump’s 2024 campaign.

Additionally, both Democrat officials have a vested interest in suppressing the previously legal process for challenging and questioning elections, given the dubious circumstances of their own razor-thin victories in the 2022 election amid rampant irregulatities in Maricopa County and elsewhere.

“We are investigating the fake electors,” Mayes said, referring to the alternate slate of electors that Republicans appointed for the Electoral College in the event that pending legal challenges wound up reversing the outcome.

“We are doing a thorough and professional investigation,” Mayes claimed. “We will do it on our timetable, as justice demands.”

When asked if she supports the investigation, Hobbs spoke enthusiastically in favor of it.

“Absolutely. I have been an advocate for holding folks involved in trying to overturn the will of the voters in the 2020 election accountable, and this is part of that,” Hobbs said.

The governor cited “accountability,” which she finds to be “critical.”

Yet, her rhetoric marked a dramatic reversal from her unrelenting efforts, while secretary of state, to undermine and resist the Arizona Senate’s efforts to conduct a forensic audit of the election.

Hobbs also noted vaguely that she wanted to “change directions,” but lamented that that won’t happen “until there’s accountability at the top level,” suggesting that the successful prosecution of Trump was the only way to heal the nation’s wound’s and restore bipartisanship.

“I think it should move forward and play out in the legal process,” she added.

On the other hand, former Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey—the Republican leader who joined Hobbs in certifying the dubious 2020 outcome in late November of that year—found the constant lawfare attacks to be politically irresponsible.

“I am concerned about continuing indictments,” Ducey said.

“I think we’re on number four,” he continued. “I’m concerned about how this is going to affect the electorate, the respect for the rule of law, and equal justice.”

Another former Arizona governor, Republican Jan Brewer, confirmed that she expected the attorney general to “move forward” with some kind of “disciplinary action” in the near future while appearing to withhold her opinions on it.

Hobbs has a long history of attempting to silence Trump-supporting voters and weaponize the law to her own advantage.

Her recent scheming comes on the heels of a revelation that she, like members of the Biden adminstration, had colluded with social-media sites like Twitter and Facebook to take down conservative posts that were critical of her blatant partisanship in the leadup and aftermath of the 2020 election.

Georgia Senator Launches Probe to Impeach Fulton County DA for ‘Abusing Her Position of Power’

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) Georgia Sen. Colton Moore wrote a letter to the state’s governor, Brian Kemp, on Thursday to demand that he convene an emergency hearing into Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis for what he said is her politically motivated prosecution of former President Donald Trump—a move that could possibly lead to Willis’s impeachment.

“As a Georgia State Senator, I am officially calling for an emergency session to review the actions of Fani Willis,” Moore said Thursday.

“America is under attack. I’m not going to sit back and watch as radical left prosecutors politically TARGET political opponents.”

Moore also started an online petition for voters to lobby Kemp to convene the hearing.

“Corrupt District Attorney Fani Willis is potentially abusing her position of power by pursuing former President Donald J. Trump, and I am calling on my colleagues in the Georgia legislature to join me in calling for an emergency session to investigate and review her actions and determine if they warrant impeachment,” Moore said in the petition.

“I am demanding that we defund her office until we find out what the hell is going on,” he said. “We cannot stand idly by as corrupt prosecutors choose to target their political opposition.”

In an interview with conservative talk show host Charlie Kirk on Thursday, Moore explained the goal behind his letter to Kemp.

“If it turns out she’s corrupt like many of us suspect, then it’s time for impeachment,” he said.

Moore further elucidated the gravity of Willis pursuing Trump, saying that the former president could face the death penalty if found guilty in Georgia.

“I will not be a sitting senator in this state and potentially have the former president executed,” he said.

It’s not clear whether Moore’s lobbying of Kemp will have any effect, as the governor has pushed back against Trump’s claims that the Georgia presidential election was rigged in 2020.

As Headline USA has reported, Kemp is aligned with the World Economic Forum, which promotes anti-liberty and anti-human policies, including lockdowns, vaccine mandates and trans-humanism—as summarized by its slogan: “Welcome to 2030. I own nothing, have no privacy, and life has never been better.”

Kemp attended a WEF forum earlier this year.

The governor has not publicly responded to Moore.

Leaked Photos Expose J6 Prisoner Abuse, Torture

(Corine Gatti, Headline USA) Political prisoner Ryan Samsel has been confined behind bars without trial and has been moved to 17 facilities where he’s reportedly been beaten, tormented and neglected since his arrest for pushing over barriers and knocking down a police officer during the January 6, 2020, protests.

The Gateway Pundit received shocking photos from Samsel’s closet-sized prison cell at the FDC in Philadelphia, which showed the depth of the neglect. For five months, Samsel was confined to a bleak cell with nothing but a thin blue mattress and a light constantly on. The lack of bedding or clothing made the experience even more torturous.

Additionally, Samsel was held in a hard cell for several months without a proper designation and was denied basic necessities like sunlight and warmth. This treatment continued even when he was transferred to a different state. Moreover, a judge was trying to get in contact with him because “I wasn’t in a named cell,” he told the news outlet this week.

“They were missing me, and they were saying I wasn’t showing up to court. They were saying I wasn’t showing up to medical,” Samsel continued. “But they were pretty much keeping me in there. It was cold, the light was on, and there’s zero windows.”

When the 37-year-old was in Virginia, it was the same exact conditions and he was kept in a cell called a “booking hard cell.”

He was deprived of everything including access to a phone, commissary and no clothing because they think that “you’re going to hang yourself.” He said the windows in Virginia were covered by a black mat, so you weren’t able to see out the window. “And it’s constant nothing. It’s deprivation of everything.”

He told the Gateway Pundit that he was not allowed to have any books, letters or photos in his living space. He even had to use a yellow bucket as his toilet.

Samsel was convinced that the government was torturing him to make him betray the Proud Boys. The Gateway Pundit reported that he had been beaten and sent to lockdown to prevent him from communicating with anyone.

Despite many being held in torturous conditions for months on end, dozens of J6 prisoners have already been sentenced to extreme punishments for non-violent crimes.

Prisoner Jonathan Mellis cautioned Americans in 2022 that he and fellow J6 defendants in the “Patriot Pod” of DC’s gulag were being tortured by biased, cruel and violent correctional officers, sexually harassed and demeaned for their Trump advocacy in what the American Patriot Relief “called the most oppressive acts by our government against its own citizens in the history of our country.”

Obama’s Brother: Barack a ‘Snake’ Who ‘Sold His Soul to the Devil’

(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) According to former President Barack Obama’s estranged half-brother, he is a demonic figure who “sold his soul to the devil,” One American News reported.

Aside from accusing him of selling his soul, Malik Obama also called his half-brother a “snake” in a recent tweet.

“HE HAS SOLD HIS SOUL TO THE DEVIL,” Obama’s half-brother followed up.

In a later response to another Twitter user, Malik Obama suggested that Barack thinks of himself as a god.

Malik and Barack share a father, Barack H. Obama Sr., and reportedly had a good relationship for a long time.

In 2016, Malik appeared on Fox News to tell Sean Hannity that he and Barack had a healthy relationship until Barack became president.

Then, in Malik’s view, things spiraled out of control.

According to the elder Obama brother, he was only invited to the White House once per year, and Barack made it very difficult to speak with him.

“Before he was running for office, he was everybody’s friend,” Malik noted.

“I think that office has changed him,” he added, claiming that his younger brother has fallen “into the matrix” and excoriating him for a “lack of humility.”

He also noted that Barack became the sort of person “that wants people to worship him.”

Malik went so far as to say that he “needs to be worshiped.”

The younger Obama has made headlines in recent weeks, first when his family’s longtime personal chef mysteriously drowned in water that was only 8 feet deep.

Making matters more complicated, the world learned soon thereafter that the former president wrote a letter in which he described his longing “to make love to men daily, but in the imagination.”

Fake News Flips Out about Ga. Law Naming Fulton Co. Grand-Jury Members

(Ben Sellers, Headline USA) Democrats may have been feeling the first pangs of buyer’s remorse over their fourth Trump indictment on Thursday, after remembering that Georgia is still, fundamentally, a red state.

Perhaps forgetting the long tradition that journalism has of offering transparency to fight government corruption, NBC News suffered a freakout of epic proportions over an entirely legal editorial decision by ZeroHedge to publish the names of the grand jurors in the Fulton County case against former President Donald Trump and 18 other co-defendants.

In a tweet initially revealing the list, ZeroHedge mused that the incompetent Fulton County Clerk’s office may have made another blunder by forgetting to redact the names on the list.

However, Twitter users quickly added context, explaining that, according to Georgia code, the grand jurors’ names are listed on the indictment “to provide each defendant notice in the event that he/she wants to challenge the indictment process,” as former Fulton County prosecutor Gabe Banks told WABE.

Beyond expediting the legal process, the tranparency simply afforded more accountability—contrary to the secret Star Chamber proceedings that Democrats may prefer.

“We do not live in a society where police and prosecutors get to make unilateral decisions to move forward with charges,” said former DeKalb District Attorney Gwen Keyes Fleming.

“That’s why the grand jury system was set up,” she added. “The system does not work without the participation of ordinary residents of the county.”

In its story highlighting the publication of the names, NBC News not only refused to acknowledge that they were public records, but melodramatically declined to name ZeroHedge as the site that initially published them.

The resulting self-own may perfectly encapsulate the current state of America’s corporate media: “NBC News is choosing not to name the website featuring the addresses to avoid further spreading the information.”

But even while it did not, ostensibly, want the names of the jurors or the offending site to get out, it wanted, nonetheless, to continue peddling outrage over the audacity of ZeroHedge’s action, leading to something of a “Streisand effect,” in which the still public records risked being disseminated even further by those covering the pseudo-scandal.

Indeed, others in the leftist echo chamber were quick to pounce, including former Obama campaign manager David Axelrod, whose old boss has been one of the leading proponents of anti-conservative government censorship.

While denouncing this fictitious jury threat, Axelrod appeared to ignore a separate incident that recently occurred in Portland, Oregon, during the trial of two Antifa members accused of assaulting Post Millennial journalist Andy Ngo.

In closing statements, rather than summarize the salient legal points of the case, Michelle Burrows, an attorney representing the two domestic terrorists, proudly declared to the jury that she, herself, was Antifa and that “she is retiring and will remember all of the faces of the jurors,” Ngo recalled during a recent Fox News interview.

The jurors subsequently wound up aquitting the two Antifa members, despite overwhelming evidence that they were at least complicit in the assault of Ngo—which, under Oregon law, made them culpable.

Following the trial, a Post Millennial reporter who had been covering it returned to find her car had been vandalized.

Meanwhile, in its article about the alleged doxxing of the Fulton County grand-jurors, NBC News also attempted to float a false narrative that portrayed Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis and other corrupt prosecutors as victims for waging their spurious and unethical lawfare campaign to meddle in the 2024 election.

“Willis faced racist threats ahead of the return of the indictment, and additional security measures were put in place, with some employees being allowed to work from home,” it claimed, citing only the grandstanding prosecutor’s own claims as evidence.

However, Willis also faced the prospect of running cross-ways with the law as state Sen. Colton Moore called on Gov. Brian Kemp to convene a special legislative session to investigate her actions.

“America is under attack,” Moore tweeted. “I’m not going to sit back and watch as radical left prosecutors politically TARGET political opponents.”

It remained to be seen whether Kemp would support the move, as he and Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, despite being Republicans, appear both to be in the back-pocket of the globalist subversives at the root of this recent attack on the Constitution.

Following the indictment, the governor doubled down on the demonstrably false claim that Georgia’s 2020 election was totally secure.

But unlike in the immediate aftermath of the election, the upcoming case should, at the very least, grant Trump and his co-defendants the opportunity to present the reams of compelling evidence to the contrary.

And unlike in the irredeemably corrupt D.C. and Manhattan courts—or the one in Portland—MAGA defendants just might get a fair trial in the Peach State.

Illegal Chinese Marijuana Farms Taking Over the State of Maine

(Molly Bruns, Headline USA) Northern Border Patrol agents recently published a memorandum exposing a plague of marijuana farms owned by Chinese nationals in the state of Maine.

Maine law enforcement discovered 270 properties used for illegal marijuana growing. These farms had the potential to earn over $4 billion in revenue, according to the Daily Caller.

The Chinese owners either obtained resident status in the United States or claimed asylum, preventing law enforcement from deporting them.

“We think the Chinese are taking advantage of rural areas, like Maine, to produce marijuana to sell across state lines and funnel the profits back to China,” said a federal law enforcement officer who wished to remain anonymous.

Citizens of Maine legalized marijuana in 2016; selling recreational marijuana became legal shortly after in 2020. Under current law being skirted by Chinese illegals, Maine allows residents that are at least 21 years of age to grow as many as three mature plants and 12 immature plants for personal use.

In a recent bust in Bangor, Maine, investigators discovered a CCP-tied farm with 3,400 individual plants and 111 processed pounds of marijuana.

“There are hundreds of these operations occurring throughout the state. It’s upsetting to those who live near these operations, and even those who are following Maine laws and procedures,” said Penobscot County Sheriff Troy Morton.

Estimates indicated roughly 749 properties in Maine and Washington state had an association with China.

Chinese criminal organizations frequently partner with Mexican cartels in operations such as these.

“They take the cash from the cartels in America, and they buy these properties and they do these investments with cash from the Mexican cartels in our own country. This is part of their laundering scheme,” said former head of the DEA’s Special Ops Division, Derek Maltz.

Local officials often found that the instigators of the illegal pot farms were also illegal immigrants, often using Interstate 95—which starts in Miami, Florida and ends in New Brunswick, Maine—to transport contraband.

Calif. Legalized Jaywalking and Pedestrian Deaths Skyrocketed

(Robert Jonathan, Headline USA) In the name of social justice, the state of California essentially legalized jaywalking, and now crime-infested Los Angeles seems to have an additional public safety problem.

The green light for jaywalking became effective on January 1 of this year after far-left Democrat Gov. (and would-be U.S. president) Gavin Newsom signed the so-called Freedom to Walk Act into law.

Under the prior law that’s no longer on the books, the jaywalking fine started at $25, but could rise to about $200 for chronic violators.

State assemblyman Phil Ting, a San Francisco Democrat who authored the repeal language, previously told CBS News that the jaywalking law is “arbitrarily enforced and tickets are disproportionately given to people of color and in low-income communities.”

Deputy L.A. District Attorney John McKinney, who is running against Soros-funded, soft-on-crime incumbent D.A. George Gascon in 2024, has, however, described the repeal of the original law as “equity run amok,” and resulting in “predictable outcomes,” Fox News reported.

He added that in Los Angeles, “The new law… has already led to 19 fatalities due to unsafe crossings,” which is nearly 75% of all pedestrian deaths so far.

“California’s pedestrian fatality rate is [already] 25% above the national average,” McKinney noted.

McKinney went on to assert that “Supporters of the new law believed it would remove a justification for police to stop and question people in minority communities. The predictable trade-off for reducing traffic enforcement has been more deaths of pedestrians.”

Assemblyman Ting has insisted that “Our law only legalizes safe street crossings when no cars are nearby. Jaywalking in traffic is still a citable offense.”

As a practical matter, a significant difference exists between crossing in the middle of the street in a congested downtown area as opposed to a suburban or rural locale. Or on a quiet city street for that matter.

But woke initiatives, even if benign-sounding, can have far-reaching implications if not perhaps unintended consequences.

Citing data from an L.A. nonprofit activist organization called Streets Are For Everyone, a group that apparently supported the jaywalking ticket repeal, Fox News reported that “The victims in pedestrian-related traffic deaths are overwhelmingly homeless. They are 40.2 times more likely to be fatally struck by a car than everyone else.””

In another example, California referendum voters, through Proposition 47, made merchandise theft of $950 or less a mere misdemeanor.

An epidemic of brazen smash-and-grab robberies has subsequently occurred, with authorities concluding that the wrongdoing is connected to organized crime retail theft rather than committed by random ransackers.

Flagrant shoplifting has forced some retail outlets to close their doors permanently in California.

Woke Pentagon to Rein In Cadets’ Unsanctioned Learning at Military Academies

(Headline USA) The U.S. military academies must improve their leadership, stop toxic practices such as hazing and shift behavior training into the classrooms, according to a Pentagon study aimed at addressing an alarming spike in sexual assaults and misconduct.

U.S. officials said the academies must train student leaders better to help their classmates, and upend what has been a disconnect between what the cadets and midshipmen are learning in school and the often negative and unpunished behavior they see by those mentors. The review calls for additional senior officers and enlisted leaders to work with students at the Army, Navy and Air Force academies and provide the expanded training.

The move comes as military academies have increasingly been infiltrated by woke agendas that aggressively push radical leftist orthodoxy.

Several U.S. officials described the report on condition of anonymity because it has not yet been publicly released. They said that too often discussions about stress relief, misconduct, social media and other life issues take place after hours or on the weekends. The report recommends that those topics be addressed in classes and graded, to promote their importance.

The study comes on the heels of a report this year that showed a sharp spike in reported sexual assaults at the academies during the 2021-22 school year. It said that one in five female students said in an anonymous survey that they had experienced unwanted sexual contact. The survey results were the highest since the Defense Department began collecting that data many years ago.

Student-reported assaults at the academies jumped 18% overall compared with the previous year, fueled in part by the Navy, which had nearly double the number in 2022, compared with 2021. The anonymous survey accompanying the report found increases in all types of unwanted sexual contact — from touching to rape — at all the schools. And it cited alcohol as a key factor.

In response to the spike in assaults, Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin ordered on-site evaluations at the U.S. Naval Academy in Maryland, the Air Force Academy in Colorado and the U.S. Military Academy at West Point in New York, to explore the issues and identify solutions. The new report, expected to be released Thursday, makes several immediate and longer-term recommendations to improve assault and harassment prevention and eliminate toxic climates that fuel the problems. Austin is ordering quick implementation of the changes.

In a memo, Austin acknowledges that the academies “have far more work to do to halt sexual assault and harassment.” He says the increase in assaults and harassment “is disturbing and unacceptable. It endangers our teammates and degrades our readiness.”

Officials familiar with the study said that while the academies offer a lot of strong programs, toxic and unhealthy command climates make them less effective. When cadets and midshipmen learn one thing about leadership or prevention in the classroom, but they don’t see it reinforced in other settings, it sends mixed messages about what to expect, about how to be treated and how to treat others, said one official.

Such mixed messages, they said, create cynicism and distrust.

The officials pointed to the Air Force Academy’s longstanding system that treats freshmen differently and badly, promoting hazing and an unhealthy climate. They said those students may leave the academy with a poor sense of what good leadership looks like.

They added that a contributing factor to the behavior problems is that — like other college students around the country — many more cadets and midshipmen are arriving at the academies with previous bad experiences, ranging from assaults and harassment to thoughts of or attempts at suicide. On top of that, the report says incoming students then face a lot of stress as they grapple with their education and the military training.

In many cases, the report says that student leaders aren’t trained or equipped to handle those issues or provide proper support to the students.

Another problem, officials said, is the ever expanding influence of social media, where bullying and harassment can go on unchecked. The report pointed to Jodel, an anonymous social media app that focuses on a specific location and is in wide use by academy students.

The report said students can get inaccurate information about assault prevention, reporting, resources and military justice from the app, making them less likely to seek help.

It said training at the academies has not kept pace with change, including the ever-evolving social media platforms and how students differ today from in the past.

GOP Groups Launch Massive Media Blitz Targeting Vulnerable Dems

(Molly Bruns, Headline USA) A Republican Political Action Committee launched an aggressive multimedia advertising campaign targeting vulnerable Democrats ahead of Virginia’s Senate election in November.

The Spirit of Virginia PAC—backed by Virginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin, the Virginia Senate Republican Caucus and the Republican State Leadership Committee PAC—set its sights on gaining control over the state Senate’s slim Democrat majority, according to the Daily Caller.

The campaign cost over $1 million and involved releasing attack ads on television and several digital platforms through the beginning of September. Officials scheduled direct mailings, text messages and additional digital and TV ads targeting likely voters following the initial push.

The ads largely focused on Democrats apparent unwillingness to address the rising crime wave. One targeted Sen. Monty Mason, Democrat representative of the 1st Senate District.

“Mason voted to release thousands of convicted criminals early,” the ad’s narrator said. “He and Virginia Democrats would rather go soft on crime. That’s a crap deal for Virginia and we don’t want it.”

Democrats have remained a roadblock to accomplishing many of the goals set by Youngkin and Lt. Gov. Winsome Sears, and earlier this year booted three highly-qualified Republican members from three of the state’s highest-profile governance boards.

“We’ve already delivered on our promise to invest earlier than ever in Virginia to make sure that we have quality candidates in key battleground districts, and now we’re pressing forward in the general election by helping Virginia Senate Republican nominees get across the finish line in November,” RSLC PAC President Dee Duncan said.

“This will no doubt be an uphill climb, which is why we’re working closely with Governor Youngkin’s Spirit of Virginia PAC and Senate Republican leadership to strip away at the Democrat majority.”

Democrats took Virginia in both the 2016 and 2020 presidential races; however, in 2021, Youngkin took the gubernatorial race with an intense focus on education, parental rights and the purging of critical race theory from public schools.

Republicans expressed hope that they could parlay these issues to gain control of Virginia’s Senate. The election will take place on Nov. 5.
