(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) Failed leftist affirmative action hire, New York City Mayor Eric Adams, was not very happy about Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis speaking at a law enforcement event and decided to lecture him on Twitter about values, for which he was promptly humiliated.
“Welcome to NYC, @GovRonDeSantis, a place where we don’t ban books, discriminate against our LGBTQ+ neighbors, use asylum seekers as props or let the government stand between a woman and healthcare,” he wrote.
“We’re happy to teach you something about values while you’re here.”
Immediately after that, people put Adams in his place by pointing out that he is the one who is doing a terrible job, according to the Gateway Pundit.
“Maybe you should take some notes while he’s in town. Florida’s increased in population while your town is losing population,” Jeremy Redfern, Deputy Press Secretary of DeSantis, said. “Florida’s at a 50-year low in crime while major crime is up 22% in NYC.”

Other people pointed out that the living conditions in New York City became so horrible that they decided to leave their state and move to Florida.
“I left NY after 51yrs because libs ruined it. I moved to FL because Ron is GREAT. Eric, feeding raunchy sex & CRT books to kids is sick,” tweeted Newsmax host Dennis Michael Lynch. “Allowing illegals to live in posh hotels, and giving criminals a pass to run wild is sick. Killing the unborn isn’t healthcare, it’s murder.”
Another native New Yorker, Ryan James Girdusky, agreed with Lynch.
“Welcome to NYC… where residents eventually flee to Florida,” he said.
Even New York Libertarians who don’t support DeSantis as a politician because he is too conservative for them acknowledged that he is doing a much better job than Adams, who decided to continue the degenerate legacy of de Blasio by destroying New York City even more.
“Don’t make us defend DeSantis, Eric. But you may wanna check how many New Yorkers bailed after Deblasio [sic], Cuomo, Hochul, & your awful handling of COVID,” the person responsible for the party’s Twitter account wrote.
“A very large number of them moved to Florida.”
Comedian Tim Young also made fun of the city that so many people left specifically because of the imbecilic leftist policies.
“Ahh yes, New York City, the sh*t hole where crime is worse than ever, they fire public servants for not getting the jab and they groom children.”
