(Joshua Paladino, Headline USA) The National Archives notified the White House that it plans to release 69 images and more than 250 emails about the Biden family’s graft in Ukraine in compliance with a Freedom of Information Act request, Western Journal reported.
In its FOIA request, America First Legal asked the National Archives to release all emails from May 2014 to December 2014 that include the name “Burisma”—the Ukrainian energy company whose board Hunter Biden joined in 2014.
He earned $83,000 a month, or $1 million a year.
Former Trump advisor Stephen Miller, the president of America First Legal, filed the FOIA request.
Burisma invited Hunter onto the board when President Joe Biden served as vice president and the Obama administration’s leader in Ukraine.
The National Archives informed the Biden regime that it must turn over the documents to America First Legal within 60 days of providing notice to the White House. If Biden does not request a 30-day extension, then the documents will become public on February 28, 2023.
Biden may try to hide the Burisma documents by asserting a “constitutionally based privilege,” but the National Archives already examined the images and emails for classified information.
America First Legal FOIA’d the Hunter Biden docs everyone is talking about.
Will Biden break the law and try to hide them?

When the National Archives began to complete the FOIA process, it found 282 emails about Burisma. After examining them for “confidential communications” and “material related to appointments to federal office,” 185 emails remained.
The National Archives decided not to release 22 emails and blacklined sections of 75 more emails.
If Biden claims executive privilege, the Burisma emails will remain sealed until 2029, after he finishes a potential second term.
Invoking executive privilege would reveal an obvious double standard because Biden recently waived Trump’s executive privilege claims in regard to the January 6th investigation, Breitbart reported.
“Biden will become a world-champion political contortionist when he hides behind Executive Privilege to cover up his corrupt family dealings in Ukraine and China after he repeatedly waived Trump’s valid Executive Privilege claims,” said Mike Davis, an attorney for Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa.
