Maybelline Cosmetics Faces Boycott over Dylan Mulvaney Ad: ‘Everything Woke Turns to Sh**’

'The mockery of women continues... '

(Luis CornelioHeadline USA) Maybelline, a famed make-up brand, became the latest company to face boycotts and backlash over a new partnership with infamous TikTok influencer Dylan Mulvaney.

The controversy stems after Maybelline sent Mulvaney make-up products to celebrate Mulvaney’s 365 days (about 12 months) as a woman. Mulvaney, whose biological sex is male, promoted the makeup on TikTok last month.

“Getting glam for my Day 365 show with @maybelline #maybelline partner,” the influencer bragged in a TikTok video that has gained over 198,000 likes.

The New York Post reported on April 26 that the partnership triggered a wave of protest on the make-up brand. “Thank you. I wont be buying this product,” one TikTok user decried, noted the Post.

One user took to Twitter to slam Maybelline. “The latest fools to employ Dylan Mulvaney are make-up company Maybelline,” the tweet said, according to the Post. “Get woke, go broke.”

The backlash over Maybelline comes days after Bud Light and its parent company, Anheuser Busch, faced a whopping $6 billion loss in market value over backlash stemming from a leftist marketing partnership with Mulvaney. Bud Light booted its marketing vice president over the relentless backlash that forced the company CEO to issue an apology.

British anti-transgenderism activist Oli London shared the partnership with his Twitter followers and mocked Maybelline’s slogan. “Maybe he’s born with it, maybe it’s Maybelline,” he said. “The new face of Maybelline, ladies!”

Conservative commentator Juanita Broaddick took to Twitter to slam Maybelline. “Hey, @maybelline. Did you see what we did to Bud Light?, she said in a tweet. “Everything woke turns to shit.”

“The mockery of women continues,” one user blasted on Twitter. “Maybelline is sponsoring Dylan now, you know what to do #BoycottMaybelline.”

Dr. Jordan B. Peterson took to Twitter to call for the boycott of Maybelline. “Obviously time to welcome @Maybelline to the boycott club along with @Disney @Nike @Budweiser.”
