(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) A North Carolina restaurant cancelled the reservation of a group of parents because of their unapproved political views, apparently weaponizing southern hospitality in a new leftist low.
The mothers in particular are part of a group called ‘Moms for Liberty,’ which fights to keep indoctrination in sexual deviancy out of the classroom, the Carolina Journal reported.
Kari Donovan, a member and spokesperson for the Wake County Chapter of Moms for Liberty, told Carolina Journal that the restaurant cancelled the reservation after finding out who they were.
The parents were simply trying to celebrate the end of the school year at a happy hour.
Unbeknownst to Julie Page, president of the Wake County Chapter, one of the women in the local chapter was actually a leftist who was working against them the entire time.
Katherine Johnson, the leftist woman who infiltrated the group, complained to the restaurant about the upcoming event, prompting them to cancel.
Johnson posted a TikTok video bragging about getting the event cancelled.

The owners of the restaurant, Sara Abernethy and Chris Borreson, wrote an email to the parents explaining their woke actions.
“It would negate what we stand for,” they wrote before spouting familiar platitudes.
“We support a safe space for the LGBTQ +, and gender non-conforming communities. Our values are clearly not in alignment with those of Moms4Liberty,” the elite separatists wrote.
“While as a company, we don’t align ourselves one way or the other politically, we do align ourselves with human issues at hand.”
They continued to suggest that the Moms for Liberty group may be engaged in terrorism, hate, or other activities deemed just recently to be illegal.
“We do not endorse any organization that engages in, supports, encourages, or promotes intolerance, hate, terrorism, violence, money laundering, or other illegal activities, and we cannot align the Wye Hill brand with Moms4Liberty,” the discriminating company ranted.
