(Adrienne Ferguson, Headline USA) Minnesota Democrat Gov. Tim Walz did his part to incite more cultural discord with an executive order that transformed the state into a place of “refuge” for individuals interested in undergoing genital mutilation or other types of transgender surgeries.
Under the executive order, doctors are also able to prescribe growth hormones or other types of medications and drugs to fully experience a “gender change,” according to Breitbart.
As part of the executive order, Walz requires all state agencies to “to the fullest extent of their lawful authority” to protect people and entities “providing, assisting, seeking, or obtaining” transgender treatments.
Walz also instructs some departments to remind insurance companies that coverage for genital mutilations is welcomed in his state. The executive order also tries picking fights with other state legislatures or governors who disagree with his radical agenda.
“No state agency will comply with a subpoena issued in another state seeking information about a person or person’s child who travels to this state for gender affirming health care services related to potential child protection matters or criminal charges against a parent, guardian, or provider for seeking, obtaining, or providing gender affirming health benefits,” the order states.
Despite medical professionals from numerous countries finding fault and suspicion with the practice of transgender surgeries and genital mutilation, the United States is moving forward full-throttle with the procedures and promoting them.
One of Finland’s leading experts on pediatric gender medicine has studied the potential ramifications of the widely-promoted surgeries of the United States medical conglomerates, and warned that even promoting “social transitions” in youth can have disastrous consequences.
Despite the research of other medical professionals and a growing number of states banning gender surgeries for minors, Walz trumpeted his unilateral decision to declare his state a “refuge” for genital mutilations.
“Today, Minnesota joins other states and a growing number of municipalities that have acted in solidarity with the LGBTQIA+ community,” Walz said. “We stand with this community by maintaining a refuge for those who seek and provide gender affirming health care services.”
