House GOP Demands DOJ Investigate Pro-Abortion Terrorists

'The DOJ must take this violence and intimidation seriously and act to put a stop to it... '

(Tony Sifert, Headline USA) House Republicans sent a letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland on June 28, demanding that he take action in response to escalating vandalism and threats at pro-life pregnancy centers throughout the United States.

The letter, penned by Rep. Ted Budd, R-N.C., pointed to several recent instances of violence — including firebombing — at pregnancy centers before and after the Supreme Court finally handed down its ruling in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, which overturned Roe v. Wade.

“Destruction of property, violence, and threats of violence have no place in a healthy and flourishing society,” the Republicans wrote, according to the Daily Caller.

“These [recent] attacks represent yet another development in a disturbing pattern of intimidation against crisis pregnancy centers and Pro-Life organizations.”

Budd went on to ask Garland what steps — if any — he had taken to investigate the violence.

“What steps has DOJ taken to investigate and prosecute individuals threatening anddefacing Pro-Life pregnancy centers?” Budd asked. “Since May 2022, how many prosecutions has DOJ initiated that include charges under 18 U.S.C. § 248?”

The answer, of course, is none.

Even as the Biden DOJ devotes its apparently infinite resources to hounding Trump allies on behalf of Nancy Pelosi‘s partisan J6 Committee, it has done nothing to put a stop to “mostly peaceful” leftist violence.

Some have even speculated that the pro-abortion violence waged against pro-life centers committed by “Jane’s Revenge” is really a federal government op.

“I’m a leftist organizer in Madison & not 1 person I’ve talked to has ever heard of ‘Jane’s Revenge,'” wrote one activist on Twitter. “But CIA-arm Bellingcat got the scoop frm an anonymous source frm a faceless group no ones ever heard of.”

Budd praised the work of pro-life pregnancy centers in an interview with the Daily Caller.

“The incredible work of crisis pregnancy centers and pro-life organizations has never been more important,” Budd said. “The DOJ must take this violence and intimidation seriously and act to put a stop to it.”
