(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) The Carter Center, a mega-corporation with direct ties to the Chinese Communist Party, has decided to meddle in the 2022 midterms in Georgia.
And after elected officials refused to act, the citizens of Georgia are stepping up to intervene in the corporation’s interfering ways, the Georgia Record reported.
Citizens filed a letter to Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger and the State Elections Board demanding action, urging them to step in and remove Carter Center’s public election “observers” stationed throughout the state’s Fulton County.
In the letter to Raffensperger, the citizens of Georgia reprimanded the secretary of state for failing to uphold the 10th Amendment of the federal Constitution.
“Failure to do so presents your insistence on being willful and knowing party to ongoing violations of Georgia law at the criminal level and additional requirements of federal law regarding elections and the role of those who work for the public in official capacities,” they wrote.
The citizens of the state also noted that Raffensperger ought to fire his general gounsel, Ryan Germany, who entered into an illegal Memorandum of Understanding with
the Carter Center and the Fulton County Board of Registration and Elections on October 12, 2022, giving the Carter Center access to vital election information.
“The General Counsel of Secretary of State Raffensperger, Ryan Germany, does not qualify to serve in such a capacity, and exposes a potential determined political impetus that may translate to willing and knowing violations of the law on his part, as well as yours.”
The Carter Center–founded by former Democrat President Jimmy Carter–purports to aim at normalizing “the relationship between the United States and the People’s Republic of China.”
They also aim to continue “building synergy between China and the United States.”
Specifically, the organization infiltrates elections at home and abroad in hopes of securing the Left’s preferred outcomes.
