Fox News Muzzling Judge Jeanine: Report

'We are extremely disappointed that Fox News would censor one of their biggest stars... '

(Robert Jonathan, Headline USA) Fox News is reportedly placing limitations on the comings and goings of Judge Jeanine Pirro’s book tour.

The Trump-supporting co-host of The Five is currently promoting her new tome called Crimes Against America: The Left’s Takedown of Our Republic.

According to the leftist news startup Semafor, however, the network is keeping Pirro “on a tight leash.”

Two insiders supposedly told Semafor, which was co-founded by Ben Smith, that FNC “has severely limited Pirro’s promotional appearances by strongly discouraging her from appearing at multiple conservative religious and political events.”

As chief editor of BuzzFeed News, Smith made the decision to publish the infamous and subsequently discredited Steele Dossier.

A statement by her publisher, Winning Team Publishing, which is self-described as the nation’s premier conservative publishing house, claimed that Pirro was “prohibited from speaking at Turning Point USA, church services, and various other events.”

The company added that “We are extremely disappointed that Fox News would censor one of their biggest stars.”

As implied by Semafor, Fox News is supposedly leery, in particular, of Jeanine Pirro appearing at an Ohio church event under the auspices of controversial Christian conservative Pastor Gene Bailey, who hosts a show called Flashpoint.

MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell is also one of the scheduled speakers at the event.

The website for the gathering explains that “At a FlashPoint LIVE event, you can expect a dynamic, rally-style atmosphere in the crowd; night sessions that are full of news and insights, hard truths and humor; and daytime Flash Talks that will equip you with the practical tools and information to create positive change right where you live.”

As of this writing, Pirro is still listed as a speaker and book-signer for a Friday morning session.

On Tuesday, Bailey told the Western Journal that “We’re surprised after all promotion that she’s pulling out, especially after having been on the program last week.”

He added that “We’ve been announcing her appearance, and the promotion’s been out there for a while. Suddenly this morning, they informed us she would not be able to attend, and I’m awaiting Fox News for comment.”

Intimations have emerged in the corporate media that Judge Jeanine could be on thin ice with Fox as a result of Dominion Voting Systems claims that she supposedly spread false allegations about the company.

In April, Fox reached an $787 million out-of-court settlement with Dominion to resolve the latter’s then-pending defamation lawsuit.

In the aftermath of Fox and Tucker Carlson parting ways, which may or may not be connected to the settlement, allegations have surfaced that the conservative cable network, at least to some degree, is going woke.
