Emails Reveal Joe Biden Dealt w/ Hunter Biden’s Chinese Business Partner

'Hunter asked me to send you a copy of the recommendation letter that he asked his father to write... '

(Headline USAPresident Joe Biden wrote a recommendation letter for the son of a Chinese executive tied to Hunter Biden, according to emails from Hunter Biden’s abandoned laptop.

The revelation undermines Biden’s past claims that he never knew anything about Hunter Biden’s business dealings or interacted with any of his business partners.

Hunter Biden has been under federal investigation since 2018 for alleged tax fraud and money laundering. Just this week, the grand jury looking into Hunter Biden’s finances brought up a reference to his father found in one of the emails on Hunter Biden’s laptop.

The contents of the letter have not been revealed, according to Fox News. All that is known is that, in an email dated Jan. 3, 2017, Chinese businessman Jonathan Li asked Hunter Biden and his business associates Devon Archer and Jim Bulger whether they would look over his son Christopher’s resumes for Brown University, New York University, and Cornell University.

“Gentlemen, please find the attached resume of my son, Chris Li,” the email said, according to Fox News. “Please can you provide some advice for his applications.”

Bulger responded that he received Christopher Li’s updated resume and copied Hunter Biden and Archer in an email, suggesting that they help Li.

A few weeks later, on Feb. 18, 2017, Eric Schwerin, president of Hunter Biden’s investment firm Rosemont Seneca, sent an email to Jonathan Li including a recommendation letter from Joe Biden.

“Jonathan, Hunter asked me to send you a copy of the recommendation letter that he asked his father to write on behalf of Christopher for Brown University,” Schwerin said. “The original is being FedExed to Dr. Paxson directly at Brown. It should be there by Tuesday at the latest (given Monday is a holiday here in the U.S.). Let us know if you have any questions. Best, Eric.”

It is unclear whether Christopher Li was accepted to Brown University, or whether he attended the Ivy League school. The university refused to comment on the matter due to the privacy of its application process.
